Burgerfi food is good, but the service of the cashier Tatyana was great! As soon as i came in she greeted me with a cheerful smile. She took my order which was no small feat. It was my first time in a burgerfi and i was unsure of what i wanted. She was patient and didn’t make me feel like she was annoyed with my indecisiveness. She was so kind that after walking away i turned around and came back to ask her name! Again with a smile she told me. Great jibe burgerfi for hiring kind employees!

I honestly can not believe this. This was my first time trying BurgerFi, and I ordered the Rodeo BBQ Burger. As I was eating, I bit into something hard twice, and I found this in my burger, how do you not recognize you left a whole piece of plastic into someone's patty? I do not know even know who I can contact because I am pretty sure the manager was not there. The service was nice however, but how can I trust the quality of the food if the cooks do this? This could have possibly been a choking hazard!I came into BurgerFi on Sunday, March 3rd, 2024.
