This is one of my 'regular' places (I frequent maybe once a month). Fantastic wings - you legit can't beat them. I also get them to-go and bring them to tailgates and football watch parties, and people absolutely love them every time. And the ribs are delicious too, so just grab a ribs and wings platter, honestly. If you're getting sides - I love the coconut rice, and the mac & cheese is legit.

Ive been in this establishment before, but only to pick up a order for my brother. That's how I know of the nice atmosphere. I door dashed a curry chicken meal, and an order of Mac n cheese. Omg!! I just ate some of it and it was mad good!!!
I'm trying to leave some of it for tomorrow. However, it arrived still very warm, the flavor is so on point and its a struggle to stop eating it.
Thanks for my wonderful dinner. This meal was cooked with lot's of love!!

I ordered the red velvet, wanted to spoil myself a little ordered delivery. Tell me why I pay nearly $7 for the thinnest slice of red velvet cake I've ever seen. I literally thought half my dessert was missing when I opened the delivery bag. Don't get me wrong, it's still good quality cake but I'm never ordering delivery from here again because apparently if you're not sitting in the restaurant you get half a portion. ($7 was before delivery and tip by the way. $12 and I got half a dessert is ridiculous)

The coconut curry shrimp and oxtail Rasta pasta are out of this world. Better than the food I had on my honeymoon in Jamaica!!
Stopped by after trick-or-treating. The woman taking orders in the front was welcoming, patient and open to answering questions. The place was clean and bright.
I ordered two orders of jerk wings, salmon, rice & peas, vegetables, mac and cheese. Overall, all the meats could have been cooked a bit longer. Everything was just barely done. I understand the wings are smoked….smoke them longer. Salmon…broil it longer. Again, nothing was raw, but everything was barely done. Same with the vegetables. The jerk sauce is a jerk bbq vs. traditional jerk. I would have preferred a real jerk sauce. Please season the food more and in a traditional way. No need to appease the neighborhood at all. Cook the food as if you’re cooking for your family at home. The mac & cheese had a cheese sauce rather than real cheese with no seasoning or even salt & pepper. I also understand this isn’t a traditional Jamaican dish.
I tasted the Rasta pasta and it was good. If I’m ever in the business of blowing calories, I would definitely order it.

Alright cousins, Doc back outside, true to this, never new to this, and today Bobby D’s in Towson got the spotlight.” 🕶️🍛
Small, niche Caribbean spot, the kind where the flavor’s supposed to hit before the music does. Service was friendly and quick enough, no side-eyes needed. Started off strong with the jumbo shrimp and fries, fried hard, crispy, and fresh enough to earn a slow nod of respect. Added some plantains and cocoa bread, and yeah, those hit like home, warm, soft, and exactly what you want with a cold drink in hand.
Now the main plate… oxtail, rice & beans, and mac & cheese. The oxtail? Tender, but the flavor didn’t clock in for the full shift. Rice & beans leaned more African-style, a little dry but edible. Mac & cheese held its own, not bad, just not that “let me text somebody about this” good.
Overall? Solid 6.5 to 7 outta 10. It’s giving “neighborhood staple with potential,” not “tell-mama-to-get-her-purse.” The apps and sides carried, but the mains stayed humble. Still, I might spin back for that carrot cake because self-control left the chat. 🥕😎
So if you’re in Towson, pull up and try it yourself, maybe your taste buds catch what mine missed. Either way, tell ’em Doc sent you. Lastly very reasonably priced.

It's got more of a café feel. It's small, quaint... and clean. The food was pretty good. I'm a lightweight so it was a bit spicy for me. The rasta pasta was a bit too rich for me. It was spicy and sweet. The shrimp and grits were delicious (and a lot milder). They could have used at least one more employee on a Saturday. The one waitress/cashier was not enough. Would I go there again? Absolutely.

Fantastic little gem we found just browsing for a place to take our daughter out for dinner. Started with coconut shrimp that was super creamy and delicious!! Wife had the chicken curry and said it was incredible. Daughter ordered grilled chicken sandwich on coco-bread… looked amazing!! I had the jerk chicken… yeah, that’s the money order there. Tangy with a bit of heat… went very well with the red beans and rice as well as the veggie combo. Well worth a stop!!
