I ordered a cheeseburger the menu says cheeseburger and little cheeseburger I ordered. A regular cheeseburger. As the menu states. When my food is almost done. I notice the receipt says little cheeseburger. I ASK THE GENTLEMAN FIXING IT ,IS THAT A REGULAR CHEESEBUR HE SAYS NO, DID YOU SAY YOU WANTED 2 PATTIES. I said I asked for a regular cheeseburger . I don't know what was so hard about taking my order. Then they wanted to charge me another 12 dollars instead of just fixing the order they messed up. If you want to sell the food by patties then change the menu.All I wanted was a regular cheeseburger. That's what the menu says why do I then have to say how many patties I want .Very poor and confusing customer service.

We visited when they first opened this location. Ordered online and even after notifying them I had arrived they still didn't have my order ready. HOWEVER, since then their service has been excellent. I've ordered online and in house. No problem. My kids love the shop and the food.
Restaurant has always been bright and clean and friendly. Also, five guys is your typical fast food shop. You will have to wait at least 10 minutes to get your fresh cooked food. Everything is cooked fresh and delicious takes a few. Worth it! 🤤

They don’t offer a combo and then for a milkshake and regular fries along with my burger almost 30 bucks for one person NO! And I’m good on a return it’s not enough peanuts in the world to get me back until they fix pricing some people are not rich or middle class

I walked in hungry and indecisive. Jordan was patient, and took his time helping me. I was greeted from the moment I walked through the door. He had really great energy and such professionalism. The food as always was BOMB! Lastly the store was very clean. I would be shocked if this isn’t one of the top FIVE LOCATIONS in MD in my opinion! Thanks Jordan!

Y’all need to get in here. This place is awesome. Incredible fries, boss burgers that are all cooked to order, free peanuts while you wait. It’s also great for kids, I just watched my preschooler absolutely devour a little cheeseburger. They’ve also got other things too like grilled cheese and hot dogs. And don’t sleep on the milkshakes!
