The food was hot and ready to go when I got there and the person behind the counter found my order at the pick-up station very quickly.

I placed the order online and the pick up was simple. I walked in gave my name and the employee gave me my order. Even though it was in the pickup area. Great service.

Always forget how expansive the menu is - perfect for picky family of four (& love GF options!). Always Delicious

This Ledo’s is okay, but honestly not worth the price. The food tastes fine, but for what you get, it feels pretty overpriced. Service is also slow — it always seems to take longer than it should to get your food. Not terrible, just not great for the cost or the wait. Another thing to note, they will tell you it will take 20- 30 minutes to pick up your food, but it always takes longer.

Grabbed dinner for my family. The food was good (pizza and wings). I’d asked for the wings to be well-done, but they were not. The garlic parm flavor was good nonetheless. Autumn was very pleasant and provided great customer service when I picked up the order.

Ordered 2 pizzas for pick up and they were ready on time and piping hot. Customer service was outstanding and the pizzas were delicious.

Service was quick, pizza was ready again the time promised. The crust was not well-dobe as requested and the sauce was too sweet. Overall still a decent pizza, I love the square shape and smaller sliced. A whole pizza actually last a lot longer.

Don’t dine in here. We waited an hour for our pizza. We asked a few times for our pizza and was told it’s in the oven and couldn’t confirm if the pizza was in the oven. We couldn’t leave because were stuck with hungry children to feed and don’t live close by. There wasn’t a manager on duty that could help or give a refund.

I wouldn’t come here for just the pizza, but they make a good chicken fettuccine Alfredo.

Cute little place in Towson, right next in the Towson Place shopping center. Convenient place to sit down and grab a bite.

Tables are usually dirty. They don’t make a habit of cleaning them before someone has to ask. This place isn’t busy enough that someone couldn’t do rounds and bus tables every so often.

The kids that work here look like they just rolled out of bed. I’m not one to judge based solely on appearance, but stained sweats and crocs hardly seem like work-appropriate attire. The work ethic is reflected in your dress.

Nothing stopping me from coming here on occasion, but nothing keeping me from going somewhere else instead either.

Good Ledos pizza. Plenty of booths and tables. No table service at this location. You order up front, then pick up and take to table when ready. Self serve drinks as well.
