Twice we’ve been at Lido’s pizza. Both times we’ve enjoyed ourselves completely.

Vegetarian options: Vegetarian pizza came with 3 toppings. It was very good.

Pizza is good but it's too expensive 😫 a regular pizza costs very little to make but pizza companies think they can charge ridiculously high prices. Let's be real it's only wheat, sauce and cheese. These are not expensive items. I used to work at Domino's.. a pepperoni pizza costs about $2-$3 to make but they charge $12-$13.. its a huge hustle 🎯💯 And ledo's is just ridiculous. It's bc of their ravens endorsement so they think they can d!ck you.. they don't even have good deals which is crazy

We had an amazing experience at this pizzeria! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the staff is incredibly friendly. Even the owner took the time to come over and greet us, which made us feel truly welcome. We ordered a Gyro and a small pizza—both were fresh, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. The quality of the food and the outstanding service make this place a must-visit. We’re definitely coming back!

My last two orders had overcooked tenders and fries to the point where I couldn't enjoy them. I love Ledos, but I hate hit or miss when I spend money for my food

I love Ledo. This location was nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. They have drink specials and nice seating area.

The second time ordering from this location, they did a great job both times. Today with the pick up the customer service or appreciation of business was nice, it’s a Mom and Pop kind of place. He went out of his way asking how many people were eating, to make sure we had enough plates, napkins, pepper flakes and parmesan. I appreciated it, Thank you.

I grew up with the Ledo’s on Kent Island, happy to see you all continuing to grow ; )

This is a good example of the Ledo's chain. I go there often. The staff take it above other Ledo locations with their prompt and curteous service. The music in the dining room can get annoying at times and I prefer it at a lower volume, but that is a minor issue and my personal preference.

Just left Lido’s Putty Hill ordered the cheesesteak with the smoke mozzarella cheese however I asked for very little mayo. This is the first time visiting Lido’s and I’m disappointed my sandwich was full of mayo. I really wanted to return however, this is why I don’t eat out. Had to go back in the store and ask for napkins because I did carry out and l left a small tip, please do better

I'd say overall, pretty good. Ssoooooo happy to see a chain restaurant incorporate halal. I literally just heard 2 days ago, Ledo now has beef pepperoni & sure enough went to grab a beef pepperoni pizza for the Ravens game. Also ordered the Mike's hot honey old bay wings w/ Bleu cheese. Pretty good also.

I am giving the Towson location of Ledo's only one star for today's service. It was atrocious that my wife wanted a grilled chicken parm sub, which she has ordered on numerous other occasions, and when the employee who took my order by phone asked the chef this time, the chef was very nasty about it and said it can only be fried. The most ridiculous part is that several other entrees on the menu includes grilled chicken, so how is this different? I'm sure he just wanted to be mean about it, since we have not had any problems up until now. Needless to say, you may be losing lots of customers (including my wife and I)f the lack of good customer service continues the way it did today.

I love Ledo's as much as the next Marylander however they really skimped on the $6 lunch calzone I picked up today...it looks more like a big Hot Pocket than anything (see posted pic). We just got this same lunch special last month from the College Park Ledo's and it was at least twice the size. Do better Towson Ledo's!

Food and service were spectacular. Hostess/server was very friendly and bubbly. But, for it to be a family oriented/ family values, the music choices were quite vulgar. F bombs were dropped on 2 songs we listened to, allot of sexualized songs were played.. there were several children in the store dining. That's all.
