Nasty food

Horrible food, went here with my kids. Had random parts of chicken that should not be eaten. Also told me to throw food away then not given a refund.

We ventured to the Towson Mall location and decided to eat from here. We spent $30 for two 2 entree specials (each serving includes 2 entrées of our choice) plus fried rice. We upgraded to shrimp fried rice, and each added an egg roll and drink. The drinks were the best part of the meal. The food was either bland, overcooked, or both. The egg rolls tasted nothing like any I've ever had, and that's not a compliment. We even asked for new, freshly cooked egg rolls. They looked better but the inedible quotient was still there. Now, as I write this, my stomach is protesting. I should have fasted. If you're tempted to eat here, you should fast, too.

Food is not fresh. Customer service sucks. It’s pretty obvious the employees wish to be somewhere else. It shows in the service and quality of food. Oh yes they also don’t wear gloves and the cook mask is not even covering his nose.

Terrible experience I had today, with this people, they have vary bad customer service. I ordered beef and broccoli and the lady on purpose didn't put any meat on my food, the rice also tasted bad, completely dry. Don't waste your money there. I do not recommend this place. Also the customer ahead of me were asking for napkins and she did it reluctantly

This place belong in the trash. I ordered noodles orange chicken with vegetables. Noodles disgusting. Vegetables disgusting. Chicken not that good but not as bad as the noodles and vegetables. It tastes like sink water. I would like a refund. Don't go here ever.

I've ordered from this Mandarin Express regularly and have been generally satisfied with their food. Today, I went about 30 minutes before closing, so their options were limited. We were told that their dishes wouldn't be restocked for the rest of the night, so I just chose dishes from what was available. The server pushed the Thai Curry Chicken on me since there was only a little left, even though I said I didn't want it. I ended up receiving the rest of what was left, and when I paid for my order, I was charged an extra dollar for the Thai Curry Chicken. They didn't have any signs saying there was an extra charge for the dish and I wasn't told that I would be charged extra for it. Only after I paid and looked at the receipt (that was left in the till, not even handed to me) did I notice the "additional $1 special" charge. Not satisfied and definitely won't be returning.

I have to say some people are trolls. I tried the food here and not only was it good they give you a good portion for the money. They even gave me a sample without me having to ask. I felt it was necessary after reading some of the other reviews to say, Just see for yourself. The spot is legit the people are nice and food is good.

I picked up food from here before leaving the mall with my daughter. It was so crowded I didn't check my order. When I got home, I realized they had given me the wrong order. I was not happy. I called the phone number and it was "no longer in service". Then I called the corporate number and "mailbox was full". Frustrated, I sent a message in the "contact us" page online. I explained what had happened. This was on a Saturday evening. Within minutes, I got a phone call from a restaurant representative. He apologized greatly and asked when I could get back to the mall, to which I replied "the following day". He said he would relay the mix up to the restaurant and have them give me my correct order when I returned the next day. To my astonishment, when I returned to the restaurant the following day, the cashier knew exactly what I was talking about. He immediately took me to the fromt of the line to take my order. While frustrating to have received the wrong order, I understand that accidents happen. I was blown away by the wuick response from the corporate office, and was thrilled to arrive for my replacement food and see that they were expecting me. Well done!
