I have to say some people are trolls. I tried the food here and not only was it good they give you a good portion for the money. They even gave me a sample without me having to ask. I felt it was necessary after reading some of the other reviews to say, Just see for yourself. The spot is legit the people are nice and food is good.

I picked up food from here before leaving the mall with my daughter. It was so crowded I didn't check my order. When I got home, I realized they had given me the wrong order. I was not happy. I called the phone number and it was "no longer in service". Then I called the corporate number and "mailbox was full". Frustrated, I sent a message in the "contact us" page online. Every time my fiance and I are at the mall we always have a craving for something not Chick-Fil-A. Luckily Mandarin Express is always open. We've had Mandarin Express at least four or five times in the past with only ONE instance that didn't settle so well in our stomach. BUT, we gave it another shot. If you like lo mein, fried rice, white rice, orange chicken, bourbon chicken, and other stir fry kind of foods, you'll enjoy Mandarin Express!
