I didn’t know what to expect. It is all you can eat. You choose a broth and then the items you want in the broth. The food cooks in the broth. You can keep adding items from the conveyor belt or just order items to the table. It wasn’t inexpensive but the experience was fun and the food was different and good. The sauce station lets you spice everything to your liking.
