I ordered wok fire shrimp which is an extra fee, but I was given the honey walnut shrimp instead. Family member is allergic to walnuts and I can't go back tonight to get the order fixed...

Edit: Increasing overall review from 1 to 3 stars. Customer service went above and beyond. They were very quick and helpful in rectifying this!

The associate was very friendly and professional. But there was no orange chicken ready when I arrived (no biggie, it's a popular item) but after waiting I'm pretty sure I was given the spicy orange chicken instead of the original that I requested.

This new Panda location is great. The store was clean and modern. I was served almost immediately, and they loaded up my plate with plenty of food. The portions were above average when compared to other locations. Not to mention, the taste of the food was great.
