Food is good but they should give you more of a portion, but it's fresh and healthy you don't feel bloated when you leave 🙂

Delivery order was missing soup that was part of pick two option. When I contacted Panera I was told that money would be refunded or I could get a soup next time I visited the restaurant. Unfortunately I could not leave work so I asked that the soup be delivered instead. I was told that it would be delivered and it was not. Very frustrating!!!

Maybe the best well run Panera I've been to. It was clean, lots off seating and I always enjoy the lighting and atmosphere of a Panera. Food came out quickly. I did rate this for 5 or of 5, it was good, got the Fiji salad... But this was dinner, late in the day, did not make me sick as in other places I've been.. But I did notice the lettuce was maybe towards end of life on some leafs.
I have gone to Towson Panera twice in the past week. On Thursday I ordered on line got home, it was the wrong sandwich. This morning I ordered a bagel and cream cheese got home no cream cheese. It was not busy either time I was there. Associates need to pay more attention to order details. I paid for the cream cheese. Thank you

Did an online order went to pick it up and it was wrong not a big deal just asked to have what I ordered. Instead of the employee being like my bad ill have someone make it real quick it was just straight attitude. After speaking to the manager who was helpful and nice the order was remade. During the conversation with the manager the original employee is throwing a temper tantrum about how it's not her fault😂.

Stopped going to Panera for years because the location went down hill. My husbands company bought them Panera for lunch recently and he loved it so we started going to this location. Everything has been great! The only bad part is, everything I love gets retired. But I enjoy it all while it lasts :)
