Had the occasion to visit here with a client yesterday. In preparation for our meeting, in my clumsiness, I dropped my cappuccino on the floor near the table. The staff was very understanding and accommodating, replacing my beverage without being asked for and attending to the cleanup expeditiously. It made for a comfortable meeting and I'll no doubt visit again.

One of the better Paneras I bave been to. The service was good. Our food was ok. My salad was supposed to come with extra dressing and it didnt. I had to get some on the side. The sadwich was good. No mistakes! Which is shocking since every other Panera I have been to, seems to mess up the simple things, like not adding peppers or not adding extra sauce. The chicken and rice soup was good but not hot. The guy who was on the floor kept the tables and floors clean. It is very loud though and hard to study. Also very busy. Overall wasn't bad.

Food and Service is definitely better than the White Marsh restaurant. Their soups are usually Luke warm and thin. The utensils are usually not very clean (water spots) . Take out is not good the orders are not very accurate. I try to avoid the store when possible.

I love this spot, everything is good, but it gets very crowded
We ordered large drinks and what we got would have been small anywhere else. We didn't get the sandwiches we ordered, I am not sure what we got but it wasn't the Chipotle chicken avo we ordered. Service was really slow.

Panera Bread?! More like Panera Bend Me over the Counter and Breed Me! I love this place! I especially suggest the Mac and cheese 🧀
I appreciate the consistency of this chain but find that my favorites sell out very early.
