I guess I was a bit premature in giving Souris' a 5 star review on our first visit-which was awesome and so nostalgic. Our second visit did not fare so well...The owner was not around this time-I don't know if that makes a difference. Don't get me wrong, we still loved some of the food but the general vibe was much dampened. In particular, we were disappointed with the fish sandwich. I recommend this place to anyone. They have decent sized menu and good service. I opted for the 75 cent wings and cheese fries. The wings were delicious and they gave a generous amount of cheese on the fries.

Food is mediocre but the drink prices are decent. Great location. I mean, you're literally in the heart of Towson with access to just about everything. Parking can be difficult to find (it's Towson after all). They apparently allow babies in there after hours with drunk adults???! That's kind of weird and may turn certain people off. Decent experience though.
