It can get pretty busy because so many lazy people use the drive through, but the workers do very well handling the high speed work. They never get my order wrong and I get my order asap.
This Starbucks inside of Cook Library on the TU campus recently underwent an upgrade. The new space is very nice and the staff are friendly. It is run by Towson University though, so the payment system is different than typical Starbucks.
This Starbucks was adjacent to the hotel in which I was staying, which made is super convenient. The staff are clearly all college students, and they were fine considering their age. The store was clean and well stocked. The best thing about this store is that is open until midnight, which was a very nice surprise. I don't live near a university, so all my Starbucks stores close at 9.
