The name is definitely fitting—this tasted like a science experiment gone wrong. I ordered the Chicken Bowl with Mild Sweet & Chili Sauce for $14.79, and I think that’s why I’m so frustrated. The bowl was honestly terrible. The rice was flavorless, the lettuce tasted old, and the chicken seemed like it was fried in old grease. The noodles were okay, and I actually did enjoy the sweet and chili sauce, but overall, the bowl didn’t live up to the hype at all. The advertising drew me in, but the actual meal has me steering clear from now on. I only ate the chicken because I was starving—everything else is going in the trash.

I enjoyed Chicken lab since it was in Federal Hill. I am happy for them branching out because honestly the best place to get your fried chicken around Baltimore. I'm not a fan of bread but their bowls are yummy with different options of sauces. The touch of yam noodles also brings fun to the bowl. Yum!
I called to order and ask a question about the food and the woman was very rude and hung up on me twice and said that the manager and supervisor were not in the restaurant and this is not the first time I have ordered from this place. I am a very frequent customer. The other times they have served me excellently, but if they are going to treat me like this I prefer not to come back. The job of a cashier is supposed to help the customer with any questions, but I see that they lack that.

Good place to get that fried chicken sandwich! Flavors were poppin and the crunch was there that you would want from a Korean fried chicken sando. The staff were friendly and the atmosphere is clean and easy to eat at. 10/10 would recommend!
