The Sassy Skillet has been around for three years or so, tucked away on the first floor of a Towson office building - on the alley even. Fantastic menu with more selections than most breakfast places, very reasonable prices, large servings, and such excellent flavoring. The chef, staff, and atmosphere make you feel at home. The restaurant can handle large groups beautifully. The food was perfect, with immaculate customer service from everyone. Customers enjoyed the banger omelette, pancakes, The Wild West, The Washington Ave, and the loaded hash brown avocado toast. The pancakes were fluffy and crispy, the home fries crisp and seasoned. The Wild West was fresh with good flavor and portion. The banger omelette and The Washington Ave sandwich were huge and flavor-packed. The strawberry mint lemonade and strawberry butter were also highly recommended. The cappuccino was good, though had a little too much milk. The chef is coming out with a bigger menu in the fall, with more crazy milkshakes and avocado toast options.
