The people are always so nice
The worst dunkin I’ve ever been to. Dunkin is already bad so that’s saying something. Every coffee I’ve gotten here has been horrible and nasty.

This Dunkin Donuts "sucks!" Every single day the cost of my coffee is a different price. Unethical!! On Thursday it was one price and the next day it was a totally different price. FYI- they never give you a receipt. Since then I make it a point to request my receipt for every purchases. I save my receipts to compare and for proof that I was being charged a different price each time. I only get coffee. The food items are not good. The donuts are leftover and the other food items I would NEVER order. This Dunkin Donuts is unlike any other Dunkin Donuts. Buyer Beware

I was there mid-afternoon. The honey crueler was the worst I ever tasted in my life. It had a funny oil taste. The coconut-crusted was barely okay. There were more people at the drive-thru than inside. At least the restroom was clean.

Customer service is everything to me if your going to spend your money you would expect some kind of response from the employees, plus they don't have the donuts they used to.

Been here numerous times and always great.Happy to welcome Dunkin in Libertytown! Was not an easy or cheap 2yr process, but Frederick County came through. Needed to bring more business back to this great town and Dunkin was a great start. Dunkin (& my co) invested a ton of money making this happen by converting the prior vacant PNC bank branch. Dunkin and the other surrounding small businesses in & near LIbertytown deserve all the business revenue we can afford to give them. Libertytown or anywhere; we gotta support all of our small towns and businesses worldwide even if it means going a couple miles out of the way......or, if it means coming back if you had a not-so-great experience once or read a not-so-great review. No one person or business is perfect - not even Amazon :) Anyway - Thank you all for your support of Dunkin and these other great Libertytown small businesses.Regards,SPDLLC / owner / Liberty Corners complex (no affiliation with Dunkin)
