Honestly the food was fresh and delicious. The service was horrible I don’t know if this place is prejudice against white people or what . I came there for Second time while living in Union bridge Maryland . it’s the only place you can get breakfast in my town . They rush you ordering food , and tell you first window after order a sandwich , I didn’t even finish my sentence I just said one item . I notice that everyone has this problem when I talk to my neighbors . They want American money but don’t have respect for us .

First time here, Bought half a dozen donuts and Matcha Latte. Donuts were days old and when asked how old manager was dishonest about it. Matcha powder had lots of sugar blended with it.

The guy at the drive thru was very rude. We asked to get no ice in our drink to avoid it becoming watery. He proceeds to tell us they can’t do that, which is totally fine. Then he charged us $2 dollars to add no ice, after saying he couldn’t do it. We asked for light ice to avoid the up charge by which he responded by yelling at us. Completely uncalled for and will not be going back there.

Every single time I'm here, it takes forever. The parking lot is dead, but the drive-thru is always packed. Why? Because one order takes 10 minutes. We were in the drive-thru for over 20 minutes and they served 2 orders. The only reason the line has moved? Because two cars in front of us got tired of waiting.
I waited 5 mins in line at the drive thru at Libertytown today and got no service ao I left.

This is my favourite Dunkin and I’ll wait an hour passing by like 10 other Dunkins and Starbs on my way to work just to stop here instead!!!! The people that work here are so friendly and warm (at this point they can identify me by name over the drive thru speaker LOL) that it doesn’t matter how small my order is or how long I have to wait, I’ll tip these kind folks every time and I think more of us should be so thankful to have people this happy to be there instead of the usual angry/tired morning faces I see anywhere else <3
