Customer service is everything to me if your going to spend your money you would expect some kind of response from the employees, plus they don't have the donuts they used to.

Been here numerous times and always great.Happy to welcome Dunkin in Libertytown! Was not an easy or cheap 2yr process, but Frederick County came through. Needed to bring more business back to this great town and Dunkin was a great start. Dunkin (& my co) invested a ton of money making this happen by converting the prior vacant PNC bank branch. Dunkin and the other surrounding small businesses in & near LIbertytown deserve all the business revenue we can afford to give them. Libertytown or anywhere; we gotta support all of our small towns and businesses worldwide even if it means going a couple miles out of the way......or, if it means coming back if you had a not-so-great experience once or read a not-so-great review. Oh my goodness, I wish I could give them every star in the sky!! These people deserve the WORLD!! I went through the drive-through this morning (and was being a bit of a pain in the neck - so sorry!) and these 2 beautiful souls had smiles on their faces and were so so kind! If I had cash in my wallet I would have given them all of it! I hope they always have happy mornings and are surrounded by kind people ♥️ Thank you for making my morning amazing!

Came in for online order pickup. The sandwich was made incorrectly. Asked for the correct order, employee was clearly upset about it. Then handed it to me made correctly and I assume thought I had already left the store. Just words of advice, you should probably make sure the customer doesn’t speak your language before you begin complaining about said customer. Looks can be very deceiving!
The restroom has a sign on it about how it is deep cleaned and sanitized. The toilet seat was dirty, the sink was dirty and it had no toilet paper. I informed the gentleman of the lack of toilet paper as I ordered some doughnuts but he did not acknowledge that he heard me. Additionally, I was not provided or even offered a receipt when paying with a credit card.

By far the best Dunkin around. The sandwiches taste better, they make the cold crews and even donuts so much better than any other Dunkin I’ve been to. Come here every Saturday when I’m in town! Excellent service too!
