America's Best Wings

I ordered the fish and fries platter, the fish that I ordered is freshly made but the fries it was extremely cold!! The fact that you take customers hard earned money to give them cold food!
It also makes me think twice if you are giving me old food.

Check out the Pic! Would u eat Americas Mess? It’s not America’s Best! I ordered lunch for take out, fish n chicken wings w/ fries. After getting half way thru the meal, I noticed my fries had some hairy like stuff coming out of it. I immediately stopped and returned the food. Once he saw the mess coming out the fries, he threw in the trash and angrily said it was nothing. He got very upset argumentative, belligerent, and unprofessional. He said it wasn’t hair but couldn’t tell me what it was. He didn’t want to give a refund either bet surprisingly and sarcastically he then bet me $500 that he could pass a health dept. Inspection; so I’m taking that bet! I will never eat there again for serving hairy dirty fries and piss poor customer service. Make sure you check your Americas Mess because its far from the best! I'm definitely contacting the health department and hope nobody gets food poisoned from trusting filthy fast food!

Ordered 10pc Buffalo wings (KC style). The wings were so over cooked that I could only eat 1/2 of 1. The othet 9 1/2 were trash. Total waste of money, gas, and time. My second time trying their wings, never again. Try using a timer!

I've ordered take out here twice and won't make the same mistake. America's Best Wings is a joke. The wings and fries tasted like they were cooked in fish grease.

There was an error on my online order of wings and I asked the cashier to correct the order. He refused and got angry and started to yell. I ask to speak to management and he said No figure it out!! Food was over cooked and customer service was non existent in fact very rude and out of order!!
