The guy taking my order was rude. He kept mumbling instead of enunciating his words. I asked him what it was that he said to me and he told me I can look at the screen. Seemed to say that louder and clearer. I can read fine, but if you're speaking to me I need to hear what you're saying. So I told him I can see the screen, I didn't realize he was giving me my total because he wasn't speaking clearly. All he had to do was repeat the total. Poor customer service....
Good baked on sauce, well flavored. We had the garlic parmesan which was good tasting.However--A the wings were overcooked or I would give them 5 Stars.They told me they would have my 30 wing order ready in 10 minutes. That is a red flag that they are pre-cooking the food and then heating it back up in minutes.The problem with reheated precooked chicken is it tends to be a bit dry and chewy, which this was.Too bad because the garlic parm sauce baked into the wings was delicious.So...
I hadn't been to America's best before. I was surprised with the variety of items on the menu. I was looking for some healthier items - funny, thinking I'd find healthy here. I actually found some healthy items. The garden salad came with LOTS of toppings - lettuce, tomatoes, onions, green peppers, jalapenos, cheese, olives, and banana peppers; too many toppings for me, I should have edited them down. I also ordered steamed vegetables, which were not actually steamed...
