The drive thru attendant was great. The steak nuggets, not so much. They were dried out and seemed old. The Italian sub was pretty good. All in all, not bad, but the steak nuggets was a complete disappointment.

Arby's is often my preferred fast food restaurant. The smoked brisket sandwich was pretty good for fast food. The seasoned curly fries are always good and a nice change from other fast food places. Service was a little slow because fries were not ready at dinner time. Arby's has a nice selection of different food types compared to other fast food places.

I've been to this Arby's a few times and I order the same sandwich, which is turkey and bacon ranch club. Good sandwich. However, it comes with fries and the fries are never right, they are either too salty or no salt at all or the look like little pieces of fries. Employees are fine. I blame management for the inconsistencies in the making of fires which is important in fast food making. Damn, You mean to tell me Management can't train an employee to make a consistent batch of fries daily! I'm sorry management is fired!ðŸ˜

I like Arby’s just not this one. While the staff is polite, there is ALWAYS inferior quality at this location. Do they not even care?! Either the fries are cold, or they are hard and barely edible. How could they mess up my crinkly fries? Sandwiches are dry and need sauce to create flavor, is that the intent? Why is the the on on Crain Hwy so much better? Initially I was excited to have an Arby’s closer to me, but now I’m jaded, when it closes (at this rate it could be less than a year) I hope they replace it with a Roy Rogers.

Ordered the Angus cheese steak meal. Medium strawberry lemonade is the size of a small child’s cup and you have to pay .40 extra for it . Any drink except bottled water. My fries were cold and hard. I live 5 min away. There was no reason for my fries to be cold and hard. They had to have been old. My cheese steak was superb. Needs one more foil sheet due to how flimsy it is but the cheesesteak was good and warm.

I just came through the drive-thru and ordered two pulled pork and two masc and cheese. Received two pulled pork and one Mac and cheese. The receipt says board for two. Again: tried the number. Went straight to voicemail and said it’s not set up yet. My attempt to not hold up the line while checking my order failed. From now on, I’ll hold up the line. (Haven’t really tried the food yet. Too annoyed…) I was at the new one Arby’s 8996, on St. Joseph’s Dr. near 202.

Staff was excellent. Food tasty. Steak n cheese was a sloppy mess though where steak was smothered in a glue sauce. You couldn't taste steak but pickles helped so it wasn't just one taste.
