I went in, and there was one person working. There was minimal food, which was cold. The pie was crumbled. I was afraid to eat it. I ordered to go.

Too bad I can't rate a zero. My son came from AZ and wanted to go to Bojangles. We drove to three supposedly open locations, they were all shut down. If they are closed they should update their information.

I am leaving this rating. For which it should be a minus. Since the place was to open at 7 am. But there wasn't anybody there snd it was closed. There wasn't any signs saying it was closed. And we were not the only ones. That tried to get food from them. We next tried the next closes one and it to was closed. But at least there was a small sign on 2 Windows. Appears there wasn't anything posted at the drive thru. As a few cars tried to get food thru it. So is going on with these places. And of course we called the third one in somewhat close range. But it was closed also since nobody answered the phone.

Whew. What an experience. Stopped during a road trip and have heard good things about this place (from the northeast and don’t really have this chain around). This location is a just a hot mess. Most of the drink options were out. The workers move so slow it’s pretty much backwards. Didn’t have most sauces advertised. The most positive thing was the biscuit. Probably the best fast food one I’ve ever had.Bathroom looked like a crime scene. Held it in and stopped at a Wawa further into our trip.

After sitting in the drive thru line for 15 minutes I finally arrived to the window where the rather rude gentleman accepted payment and handed me my order without saying a word! When I got where I was going and was ready to eat (5 minutes away) I lifted the bag and noticed a puddle of grease on my seat. I opened the bag and my sandwich was just tossed into the bag and mostly unwrapped and falling apart. The tater tots were too greasy to even eat and were sitting on top of my sandwich and my coffee was cold and certainly not fresh. In the end, I waited 15 minutes to pay $9.08 for a sandwich that was barely edible!I recommend either eating elsewhere or going hungry. Both are better options than this restaurant!!

This location looks like it has closed. I'm not sure if it's permanent. The lights are off, there are no signs stating it's closed or when it will open.

I love their breakfast. The bacon egg biscuits are so good and the hash browns have so much flavor.

Haven't been back in over a year! May have taken a passenger since I'm not sure. My wife, a couple of friends, stopped one Saturday night at the one on Rt1 in Chester, Va. There were three cars in front and two behind and it was closing time. We were stuck in this line about at least 30 minutes only for them to us we're closed!!!! Man, did I flip out or what!!!!! We were very hungry and very pissed!!!!!! Haven't been back won't be back, PERIOD!!!!!!!

Since we now live in St. Mary's County, we don't get to frequent Bojangles often, unless we're in the area. This would be my 2nd visit to this particular location, and they've been out of Chicken Supremes. Anyone who knows me, knows I've been going to Bojangles since I was pregnant with my 18 year old, so having Chicken Supremes on deck is critical lol. The staff was rather friendly, even when I had to take my Chicken tender meal back inside, due to its toughness and my fries were stale tasting. If I'm being completely transparent, even the 2nd round of food I received, was not up to par . It was pretty disheartening, and especially with me being in my 3rd trimester, I was so looking forward to having my taste buds satisfied ?. Personally, the tenders taste nothing like the Supremes, as some would suggest or hint at. Idk if I need to hang it up with Bojangles for a time or for good, but I just really, really hope they pull it together. The one in Waldorf closed down several years ago, and I went there almost daily during my lunch, I just don't want the same thing to happen to the one in Upper Marlboro ???. I really do appreciate the kindness of the staff though, forgive me for not recalling both lady's names ?.

I wanted a breakfast sandwich, and someone suggested Bojangles. I had a bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit. It was so good. Real eggs, and the biscuit one of the best I've had in a while. The cashier was very nice, too.

I generally do not rate fast food places because my expectations are usually pretty low. It’s fast food. This location though, deserves zero stars. For starters, the service is extremely slow - you will be sitting in the drive thru forever. Almost makes you think they have to go kill the chicken and peel the potatoes. Speaking of the food, it is not great. The biscuits are not fluffy (they are dry), the fries are either too salty or undercooked, and where is the coleslaw that is supposed to go on the BBQ chicken sandwiches. Just go to Popeyes next door.

The best part about this place is the staff! Really nice and friendly! But the food??? What the......??‍♀️??‍♀️Had a 2 piece chicken meal with sides. The chicken seemed to have been fried days ago and then refried to warm it up. Biscuit was meh. Coleslaw was dry. The rice was OK. My daughter had a chicken sandwich. She took one bite and was disgusted. I took a bite and spit it out! It tasted weird like it was fried and then frozen and then fried again. We ended up throwing everything away except our Bo Berry biscuits! We left there and went across the street to Popeyes.
