The pizzas are very tasty, yes ... but what makes this process the best, imo. The app! As a business person, I see the opt-in promos, loyalty points tallies ... BB is with it in the technology space ... in this day and age, makes all the difference. BB is starting to become my go to because of the app ... highly recommended!

Service poor. Went in today only one personnl working. We had to wait forever for the young lady to help us. She was doing online orders I guess. But on a Sunday one worker smh. The young lady was doing the best she could do so this is definitely not directed at her.

BurnBox came excitedly recommended. In my opinion the is okay but there are other better options. I do appreciate the variety of toppings to choose from but I found myself back to Mod and Pizza Hut Pan Pizza.

I'll start by stating that the pizza is tasty and very thin just like my daughter and I like it. The first time I visited BurnBox, I was in a rush and just needed something to eat and I didn't want anything from the nearby fast food places. I purchased a pizza for around $15 which I thought was pricey for the size of the pizza, but when I learned of their mission, I didn't care about the price...I love the mission! I went back tonight for a second time wanting a pepperoni pizza. I was told that I had to order a "build-your-own" pizza just to get a pepperoni pizza. I was puzzled! Why?! Well, it cost $14.49 to build your own pizza. All of the other specialty pizzas that come with MULTIPLE toppings cost $12.49. That math was NOT mathing. I asked if I could just order the "Meat Me Up" with no sausage and no bacon and she informed me that she could not do that. So, to make sure that I understood what she was telling me, I asked, "So, you are saying that I have to pay $2 extra to get less toppings?!" She didn't have an answer and went to ask the manager. She returned to the front stating that the manager said that they do not sell one-topping pizzas and I would have to get a "build-your-own" pizza if I just wanted pepperoni. That is not logical. So, I initially walked out. I asked my daughter if she could just eat somewhere else, but she really wanted the pizza. I told her that there was no way that I was going to pay extra to get less, so she compromised and only got cheese with NO pepperoni. I gave three stars because the young lady was nice, the pizza was good and you all have a good cause. I deducted the two stars because the pricing makes no sense and the pricing makes NO sense! I am hoping that the manager was misinformed and this is corrected because I really want to support this business.

The vegan pizza here is really good, my kids are vegan and enjoy it. The negative that I'm at my wits end with is... I ALWAYS order my pizza no less than 30 min in advance on nights where we've been out all day and we want a quick dinner, and EVERY TIME I get here to pick it up it's NEVER done. In fact they start making it once I get there. As a mom of 3 very young kids this annoys me so bad bc it leaves me to deal w HANGRY kids while we wait in the car for 15+ min for the order to be made. What's the point of ordering it on my drive home in advance if it won't be ready in the 25 min pick up window?? Then tonight I placed an order for 2 vegan pepperoni pizzas and 1 vegan cheese pizza. My husband gets there to pick it up and THEY HAVENT EVEN STARTED ON THEM!! They said they didn't start bc their vegan pepperonis are mushy and messed up. Understandable, but WHY didn't y'all just call the number attached to the online order and tell me this in advance?? The employees in here literally drag their a** and are very care less and it isn't hardly ever crowded like the Waldorf location, so I'm confused why they're ALWAYS slow?? Like every single time I've come!

After laughing among themselves, I was told my pizza was too burned to give to me.Pizza was finally received and was just o.k. Salad was gritty. Will try other pizza
The food was good but the service at the Watkins park location is trash! Never going back to that location which is unfortunate because it’s the closest one. I walked in at 8:15 the restaurant was empty except for one other customer, yet it took 5 minutes before I was even acknowledged. They appeared to be making online orders. While I was just standing there waiting. Then the guy who made my pizza was very rude. Like I said the pizza was excellent but I would never go back to a place that treated me like that. If my girlfriend and I hadn’t been starving and really craving pizza, I would’ve definitely gone somewhere else l.

Good pizza. This is my go to place nearby when in the mood for pizza. I am a returning customer. The reason for this review is because there were two stones in my pizza order from yesterday 1/15/24 that nearly cracked my tooth as I was chewing! Ouch! I rinsed off the stones because I wanted to make sure I wasn’t mistaking them for something else but, yup, they were stones. Otherwise, I have no issues with service but curious about the stones..

I had the best experience at BURNBOX The manager Jasmin greeted me with so much energy, she was well versed on the menu and gave me the best options to pair with my salad. The pizza was AMAZING, From the crust to the flavors, honestly the best pizza I had in a very very long time. The store was clean and so was the bathroom. I will definitely be coming back very soon.

I only remembered as I received an email from BurnBox indicating they were closing for 1 day to perform annual cleaning and maintenance. THANK YOU! The pizza is delicious! Fast and friendly service. The establishment is spacious, and the vibe is always pleasant.
