Hands down one of the best places. I really enjoy looking at the pictures of past boxers. The hours reflect the business for early morning workers.Parking: There is parking in front and on the side. Please park in parking spot and not in front of building.

Steak and cheese sucks, hardly any steak and it's a steak um I can make myself and better at home. Just not what I think a steak and cheese should be in any way. Should be called processed steakum and cheese and it should be $4.99 with those cheap ingredients.Had breakfast there 3 days later and the home fries were really soggy and the breading or whatever just sealed off, or the fried them in advance and them they sat around and got soggy , no crunchy edges. It definitely didn't taste like they were just made IMO...

Food is great, lots of really good menu options to choose from and the place is clean and has friendly atmosphere, just ask for Tony. Very nice feel and vibe for a local spot as well. I would strongly recommend any of the breakfast options!

Overall, I think this was a good place to stop by really quickly to grab food, however they got my order wrong (missed an ingredient in my sandwich). Bummed it had no bacon in it. I even tipped but that was before I got my order.

The good tasted great. The serving was a little small for the amount of money I spent.

Opened in 1980, this counter service cafe is a third generation family owned business that is a local favorite for breakfast and lunch. The previous owner's daughter and her husband run the business now. I saw their ad on the Yelp app and decided to see what keeps them going for so long. My wife and I bought 4 items for breakfast. 1) Breakfast Burrito You have to pick the ingredients for the filling. It comes with eggs and one choice of meat. The choices for filling can be found under salad toppings on their menu. A few of the choices have an extra charge, like green peppers and mushrooms. My wife chose bacon, pepper jack cheese, grilled onions, green peppers, mushrooms, and ranch dressing with salsa on the side. The burrito was big. It's not as big as a Chipotle burrito, but it costs less. The bacon was crispy, savory, and not too salty. The amount was just enough. This combination of ingredients was quite flavorful and of good quality. The salsa tasted like a store bought salsa with fresh chopped onions added. It was not worth buying. You can make a great burrito if you pick the right stuff. 2) Home Fries The home fries had chunks of potato that were either small or very large. Better prep work is needed. They were lightly seasoned with salt and pepper. They tasted fine in a typical way. 3) Half-smoke Platter with Chipped Beef It had one deep-fried half-smoke, 2 eggs, home fries or grits, and toast. The half-smoke was tough and chewy on the outside because it was deep-fried toooo long. This was just an absurd way to cook half smokes. They're supposed to be grilled. The meat had a good blend of spices and seasonings, but it was a bit salty. It probably would have been good. I ordered the eggs cooked soft scrambled, and it was done right. You can add toppings to your eggs, home fries, and grits. Extra meats and sides can be added to platters. Very nice options! I added chipped beef to my home fries. The chipped beef had thinly sliced tender beef in a creamy sauce. It had the flavor of prepackaged creamed chipped beef at the grocery store. The sauce wasn't rich tasting because it lacked butter flavor. It was okay, but I've had better. FYI, creamed chipped beef on toast is called SOS by some veterans. It stands for "Shit on a Shingle" or "Same Old Stuff." It was a staple in army mess halls in WWII. The choices of toast were white or wheat. There's an extra charge for other bread. They have honey wheat, multigrain, rye, Kaiser roll, croissant, English muffin, and bagels. I picked wheat. It was buttered and typical. 4) Coffee It was a strong, heavy coffee blend. It wasn't bitter, but it had a bit of an acidic burnt flavor. This is middle of the road diner coffee. They have half-and-half creamer and flavored creamers. No milk or alternative milk choices. The employees were friendly, polite, and helpful. Orders are taken at the counter. The food took about 10 minutes. The place was old and decorated with wall displays of boxing matches and area boxers. The two dining rooms and restrooms were old, worn, and relatively clean. I see why they've been here for so long. It's a simple place that has a large variety of food, snacks, and cold drinks for breakfast and lunch. The food can be good. The prices are fair and quite affordable.

Another lesson in... Go where you are appreciated and not tolerated. My daughter and her dad go to Casablanca Cafe, 8325 Marlboro Pike. Her dad is visually impaired and could not find his receipt to pick up his food. They were told they can't get the food if no receipt. They also mentioned that they were referred to as crack heads, although the manager insists she didn't say that but she did say they have trouble with drug addicts. Same thing but okay. If you want to be treated like you are a "drug addict/crackhead" by all means this is your kind of cafe!!! I called the spot and speak with the manager. She tells me that drug addicts etc steal food claiming they lost the receipt blah blah blah. She also told me how Madisons dad responded and how she has it on video and audio as if to negate my child's experience. Again, if you want to be treated like a "drug addict", this is definitely the place for you!! Good luck!!

Came in around 11:30am, The costumer service was terrible . My father is Vision impaired and couldn't not see nor could he remember where he placed the receipt, so we told them EXACTLY what was ordered, as the place was close to empty with little people being in there, the lady who to the order went to the back and never came back, There was a man who refused to give us our food due to not having the receipt as i stated before we told them exactly what was ordered. Another women whom was a worker, approached me and father in a terrible manner, we were then labeled as "crackheads" or for another word "homeless" as they think we are "stealing" food we paid for and even having a bank receipt showing when, what time and the cost of what we bought from them. This place is already over priced and unorganized decorated with Flimsy paper signs all over the place, Practically held my sandwich hostage because of a receipt when the lady that took my order seen me pay. This could've been avoided if she just verified my order, but instead the workers were EXTREMELY rude.

Stopped in around 9:30 for some breakfast. Ordered a scrapple egg and cheese on rye, plus a drink and, a bag of chips for while I waited. The total was under $10, which is pretty uncommon these days. The wait time was perfectly reasonable. There were 7 people ahead of me, yet I was out in about 10 minutes. But the real reason I decided to take the time to come on here and give them a 5 star review, is because they gave me a nice big fat piece of scrapple. If you're a scrapple and egg guy like I am, you know it doesn't always work that way. I'm not in this area very often, but I definitely found my spot for when I am.
