$4 for extra chicken which is barely 5 pieces of shredded chicken breast ? ! That is just sad! $4? I didn’t say anything because the server said $2.90 extra , but it was $4 on my receipt. $4 for 5 cubes of chicken.
This year I’m going do my best to stop going to fast food places. MONEY IS HARDER TO MAKE THESE DAYS , give me what I pay for.

$16 for chipotle? CHIPOTLE?! With barely any meat , yall crazy fr just imagine if I added guacamole 🤦🏾‍♀️

This is the worst chipotle, everything just sucks, they should hire a better chef or someone because this is by far the worst chipotle store ever

How do you run out of soft and hard Tacos, at a Mexican restaurant? So They compensated me with a burrito bowl for it. I get home the green peppers and onions that I add to my meal was burnt. Didn't realize it until I mixed my food and tasted it. Went back to let them know, and they replaced it. This time without the onions and peppers.

I get back home, starving at this point and the damn chicken is burnt. The particular Chepotle on Central Ave. Watkins Park is the worst Chepotle I've ever eaten at. And Chepotle is one of my favorite establishments.

Thought I’d give chipotle another chance. Hadn’t really had it in a couple of years with the exception of once a couple a weeks ago. I got sick from a location in Paris so I decided to give it up for awhile. Gave it a try last week at the Chevy Chase location and had a great experience. Thought I’d give it a try again this evening. Long story short, I paid for double meat with chicken and Beef Barbacoa with guacamole. The bowl had NO chicken at all and no guacamole! What a disappointment. Chipotle is way too expensive for these kinds of screw ups. I’m done.

They charge 10 cents for a paper bag in the name of sustainability, then hand you a paper receipt anyway. Either go fully digital or stop pretending it’s about saving trees.

It was very busy, so you know the food is always fresh. Not a long wait, kind of fast, they get you in and out.

Love the food. Definitely enough to fill up a person with an appetite. Food has always been fresh, and for a specialized menu it has a lot of options. My wife is picky too and she loves it as well.

Went here with my family late after going to six flags. Everyone was incredibly nice, the staff all seemed like they liked being there and were super professional. The portion sizes were the biggest I've ever seen at a chipotle. I see they have bad reviews and i have no idea what they're talking about. Love these people.

Left 1 star because I had too, but this place just opened and the staff definitely need more training and professionalism.
2 grill guys chit chatting just to mix the rice it took 5 minutes ! Line and cashier looked completely lost: they added more wait time by chit chatting with the grill! Line wasn’t stocked up and grill closed a hour early. Line looked completely dirty ! And empty. Only the older lady working the hot and online orders looked like she knew. Even found hair in my food to top it off. horrible experience! Should’ve just stayed closed until they trained people

There was a bus load that came in and they put in work to get everyone through. Really a great job!
