Literally they couldn’t do their job right to save their lives, they can’t read simple orders and will send you the wrong items, and their service is piss poor!

I ordered a honey chicken bowl and had it delivered. I discovered that there was a long strand of hair in my food. While I was refunded the order, I attempted to contact the restaurant to simply apprise them of what happen. I got an automated system that refused to transfer me to a live person. So, there was basically no one that I could inform about a food safety issue so that they can be more careful. Never again. Hair in my food says a lot about their sanitary practices. No thank you!

Do not go to this one, they start cleaning two hours before closing. Which could contaminate food (I've worked in food industry, very unacceptable). Running put of chips, guacamole, meats, and rice two hours before closing.

The worst chipotle in the area. When I first went they had a sign on the door saying they don't take cash. They made the meat hours before and put Saran wrap on it and put it in the warmer. They have kids working at this location and they don't care about anything. They can't wrap burritos.

The uber order is NEVER correct. Juice and chips missing from kids meal. Corn was missing alinf with the chicken. Ordered hard shells for adult and kids meal yet both were cold, messy, and soggy soft shell tacos. This was the case THREE times. I wasted $41.

I don’t know how else to put this: my experience with Chipotle was infuriating. I ordered a standard chicken burrito for delivery—something so basic, so foolproof, it’s literally in the name. What did I get? A burrito with everything EXCEPT chicken.

Beans? Check. Salsa, sour cream, cheese? Sure, they were all there. But the ONE thing that sets a chicken burrito apart? The chicken? COMPLETELY MISSING. Did your kitchen run out of chicken? I’m guessing so, and since I wasn’t physically present to see you prepare it.. you thought it was okay to treat me like this!!

What’s worse is that this was a delivery order, so I couldn’t just march back in and have it fixed. Instead, I got the joy of spending over $20 on a glorified salsa wrap.

Upper Marlboro Chipotle, you had one job: put chicken in a chicken burrito. Epic fail. I’ll be taking my burrito cravings (and money) elsewhere from now on - this location is a disaster

First the South Osborne Road Chipotle in Upper Marlboro was AWFUL this evening. They were stingy with food, kept mixing up my order with the person in front of me. I had chicken and the other person had a pork and chicken bowl. When I arrived at my destination which was 10 minutes away to eat my food , it was COLD and the burrito/tortilla on the side was balled up in the foil. I could not spread it out to put anything inside because it was mashed together and and tearing apart as I tried to unfold. This place is AWFUL! Won't be going here anymore. DISGUSTED!!!
