The hotel was ok. I didn't like that my room was a non smoking room but the floor smelled like weed and smoke. The floors were dirty. The bed was soft but the bed made so much noise it made it uncomfortable to sleep. The bathroom had mildew that was covered up by white culk. The shower head suck.
Great Stay, wonderful and friendly front desk clerks. Housekeeping kept the whole place looking nice. Free breakfast everyday, swimming indoors and workout room.
I checked in with my disabled mom and her service animal .Her service dog was denied at entry . I first was questioned about her disability which is illegal and goes against her ADA rights . I then was asked to provide paper work proving her dog was a service animal which is illegal as well . When I obtain the hotel email to send over the documentation that was ask for , I received a call on my room phone as soon as I reach back to my room from the front desk agent . She stated that even if I have the documentation which they ask for her GM is not allowing service animals and if I’m not ok with it me and my disabled mom can check out without refund and go somewhere else . I never experienced nothing like this in my life and I did contact our lawyer to start a lawsuit against this hotel .
Really nice stay. Staff was so pleasant. Breakfast was really tasty.
Stayed here for a football game. It was close enough to the stadium that we just walked. It was a clean room to sleep in. Continental breakfast was decent. Will definitely stay here again if I go to another game
Average hotel for the price. The room was decent, with comfortable beds, though the pillows were small. There were visible blemishes on the walls and doors, and patchwork paint didn’t match the rest of the room. The window shades were translucent, allowing light in at night and even more at sunrise, which kinda defeats the purpose of having a window shade.
The elevator seemed faulty, as the buttons often had to be pressed multiple times before they lit up and the elevator responded.
During my stay, the door key scanner didn’t work. While the front desk quickly provided new keys, the employee didn’t verify my identity before reissuing them, which felt like a security concern.
The hotel offers free breakfast. The sausage was the best item, but the eggs were flavorless and the coffee disappointing. The breakfast attendant, however, was pleasant and attentive.
Nice restful sleep bed and bedding is so comfortable
Hhheeeyyyy Fast Foodies, stayed at this location for a few days during my cooking services. This hotel has a wonderful staff and the whole front desk was friendly and top notch on customer service, no matter what shift. Nice breakfast every morning. A little busy at night but not disturbing your stay in your room. Over all I'd Return for another stay.
There were a few spots throughout the room that could’ve been better cleaned. Staff was friendly and helpful. Ms. Bernadette was very friendly at breakfast, she interacted with everyone in proximity asking how they are. She was great with the kids at breakfast as well as was on top of making sure everything was stocked. As a former competitive swimmer it didn’t bother me I’m used to cold pools but for kids and people just looking to play and hang out in a pool the pool was a bit cold. The hotels location is absolutely amazing for everything we wanted to do. There’s plenty of stores and food places within minutes. There were a fair amount of options at breakfast, as someone who can’t have dairy I was very limited but I still had options!
The front desk lady that was there tonight was the worst she was rude and unprofessional I was turned away because the extended stay pipes burst and damaged all my belongings on top of that the dnr me for no reason I never checked in ever cursed anybody out I walked away they are not sister wife hotels they are not affiliated I contacted corporate and was profiled and accused of wrong doing this is unacceptable and as a choice never long time with numerous points I have never been turned away from any hotel and had my three small children with to have to wait an hour outside to get a ride when we had no reason to be turned away back off a hotel that has nothing to do with you all is outrageous and something need to be done that’s not ok you lose business based off someone who’s going to lose there job

The check in process wasn't difficult. But when they asked for ID and credit card I gave them my passport card by US Dept of State (yes that's an actual thing we have) and they wouldn't accept it since it doesn't have an address on it. I did bring my DL but had to dig around for it in my luggage. I was never driving during my time in the area.
The room was nice, the wifi sign in is a bit complicated but I figured it out and they serve breakfast here in the mornings at 0700 hrs.
The staff take the rules seriously about the Pool usage and the no smoking indoors. Do NOT bring outsiders to your room or the pool who are not in your room reservation, yes that included your family members. It's only for the guests who are on the list/reserved their room. I could care less about the pool because I can't swim and I avoid anything deeper than a shower or deeper than ankle depth water. And I don't smoke, I only pretend to smoke with a papermate pen.
There is a bus stop nearby that goes to Six Flags sadly its closing in Nov 2025. The Train station to the metro is a 20 minute walk away. Be careful with the vegetation plants that is over growing and taking over the sidewalks.
The hotel was an unexpected fantastic experience. Lots of bang for the buck, polite professional staff and excellent security, and their included breakfast was excellent
This morning, I requested a business invoice. The young woman at the counter responded in a rude and argumentative manner, stating that she had already sent the invoice to my email three times. However, this could not have been possible, as my new email address is not in their system. When I asked for her name, she declined to provide it.
I wish I had a better experience to share, but unfortunately, my stay started off on the wrong foot. Upon check-in, the employee I encountered acted as if she really didn’t want to be there. While she did answer my questions, there were important details she chose not to share upfront—details that would have saved us a lot of time and frustration.
For example, when I went to make my payment, she saw me pull out my child card. I even told her, “Give me a second to transfer the funds to the card,” because there was an unexpected $100 incidental hold that was never mentioned when booking. She simply said “okay” but never told me that the hotel doesn’t accept that type of card. Later, when my husband went to check in, a different representative informed him they do not accept that card or Cash App cards at all.
Yes, there is a sign posted at the desk, but it’s off to the left—something you wouldn’t naturally notice when walking up to speak with the representative. Guests typically focus on the person assisting them, not scanning the area for signs. The lack of proactive communication about this policy caused us unnecessary back-and-forth and delays.
Even though our check-in time was listed as 3:00 PM, we weren’t able to get into our room until almost 6:30 PM due to the confusion. This lack of courtesy and transparency from the first employee really left a negative impression on our stay.
Very kind staff , friendly family environment.
