I honestly feel like the guy on the afternoon shift with the glasses makes other feel very uncomfortable. If you are apart of the lgbt community and u run past this hotel its a very good hotel its only one worker specifically that makes u feel like your alien or ur disgusting being. Even if u are homosexual u should learn how to turn that off when u clock in cause your dealing with others. Everytime i go down for snacks or to get change he looks at me for a long time then helps he dont even try to make eye contact when im in his presence but when i go outside to smoke infront he watches me through the glass while he sits at the front desk and dont take his eyes off of me makes me feel very uncomfortable.

This hotel is very comfortable the staff andre and chanel is the best I’m apart of the lgbtq community a guy that was staying at the hotel as well tried to harass me and chanel and andrew made sure to check him make me feel comfortable i really really appreciate it them they have a great customer service

Love this place!! Every time I come here it’s clean, doesn’t feel dingy or disreputable.I feel completely comfortable here. The rooms are clean and updated. The staff is excellent, from the front desk to the room service. The continental breakfast is great, and it’s close to stores to grab essentials. Five stars!

The staff was so super friendly!! The breakfast was very good. Check in and check out were spot on. The metro was just a few blocks away.The rooms desperately need to be updated. The toilet paper holder was falling off the wall. The room darkening shade was ripped down, so the room was so bright all night long. The sink didn't drain properly so I had to brush my teeth in the tub.I can only assume there was a Marijuana convention in the hallways, elevators, and ventilation system because the smell alone could have you high in seconds.It's amazing there's a no smoking policy, but there is no way people are not smoking (something) at this location.(Cough, cough) If you don't care for that smell, don't stay here.However, for the price, location and ease of access to the metro - you get what you pay for.

Rooms were decent and clean. Check in night after long flight wanted a hot shower no hot water for most the night. On second day needed shampoo and conditioner desk clerk said they’re out, I checked later In the Day to be told only house keeping has access to them.Next morning I was able to get shampoo and conditioner. I believe it had to have been a manager or older gentleman who took the time to go look for some. Fire alarm does go off a few times a night but is shut off quickly. No pool as advertised. And the pictures they show seem to be old as they don’t have what they show. Juice stored in small fridge in pitchers . Food was decent and hot.Overall a decent place to lay your head.But can definitely use some upgradesFedEx field was close and easy to get to.All the staff are super friendly.

I arrived an hour before check-in and was told my room wasn't ready and told there was NO housekeeping available. When I finally checked in my room was not turned over the bathroom was a mess as well as 1 of the beds. Garbage was piled up near elevators on all floors, room doors and wall where horrible and damaged. The hotel only had 1 luggage cart and it was in horrible condition and tilted when going up ramp. Refrigerator would not stay cold had to throw remaining food away . Mattresses had light brown stains around the borders , lotion and shampoo bottles where used not replaced from previous stays. For a hotel of that size one would expect better care by management but very poor up keep , I would advise anyone looking to stay in that area to pick another hotel.

Where do i start? There was dried cum stains on my bedframe. Every machine in the gym was out of order. The door was broken and you had to physically force it closed. The ice machines on every floor were out of order. The elevator has a screech-ey sound that made me think I was going to die every time we rode it. Don't stay here, there are better options elsewhere.

Aside from 2:30 am banging on the door as there was no staff watching cameras, a bathtub that was a steady trickle of water and a strong presence of pot in the elevator, it was a solid room. The bed was great and wifi worked. Staff was nice at check in. Engage the lock and get a good night's sleep.
