Also, the bartenders JR & Derrick are the best who ever done it!!!

I'm writing to file a formal complaint regarding the unacceptable conditions and unprofessional conduct I recently witnessed at your establishment.

During my visit, I observed multiple issues that raise serious concerns about customer safety, employee behavior, and overall management. The individual acting as security displayed a hostile and unprofessional attitude, which contributed to an already tense environment. I also witnessed customers arguing with employees while management failed to intervene or remove disruptive individuals. In some cases, customers who refused to pay were allowed to remain on the premises and behave disrespectfully toward staff.

Additionally, the restroom conditions were extremely unsanitary. The odor resembled sewer water, which is especially alarming for a business that serves food. This level of neglect is unacceptable, and I believe it warrants attention from the Department of Health.

Equally concerning, some employees were openly cursing at customers and treating them in a disrespectful manner. This behavior reflects a lack of training, oversight, and professionalism.

Based on these observations, I strongly urge immediate corrective action. No customer or employee should be subjected to such conditions, and the current environment poses both health and safety risks.

I waited at the bar for more than 20 minutes before being asked what I wanted. I had to talk fast and wait till she came back 15 minutes later to complete my order.
This place feels more like a local bar joint than a family friendly restaurant. I felt like employees were mad we stopped in. This was my second time having this type of experience here.

The atmosphere is always electric in this place! Also, the boil in the bag NEVER misses. You can customize the bag and the sauces you want which is a top notch offering for picky eaters. Crafty Crab is definition my Go-To for seafood boil in the 🎒! And the bar is always on point too!

I just started eating crabs and this was damn good. I was missing out this whole. I want this at least once a week. Food was great great great and the environment was good. Didn’t even feel like I was in largo😂. Definitely coming back soon.

Food was solid but u turn all tv's off at 10:30 on Saturday night college football, and you close at 11. Music off at 10:40. It was giving lazy ready to go from staff. I like to tip, hope u clean it up.
