Horrible horrible service and the menus had some gross liquid on them. We left after ordering drinks and apps.

I wanted to express my disappointment with the experience I had during my recent visit. From the moment we arrived, it seemed like the staff was inconvenienced by having to seat us. While the waitress was kind, her service was lacking, as we had to search for her multiple times, even just to request the bill.

Additionally, when I asked a young man with dreadlocks if I could speak to a manager, his response was quite unprofessional. He mentioned that he didn’t know where the manager was, and when I inquired further, he replied, ‘that Asian is not coming out here.’

Overall, this was an unfortunate experience, and I’m relieved that I was only passing through and don’t reside in the area.

Terrible bar service with Key… she always has a nasty attitude. It’s worth going after 5 pm—unless you want to be treated poorly. Nasty bartender.

Rob the waiter was TERRIFIC! Loved his energy.

I had the worst experience in this crafty crab restaurant from the time I walked in. A customer was upset and loud at the door. No one there to greet you, the manager and security left the upset customer at door entrance with us. The hostess final came back to seat us. Waited another 10-15 for someone to take my order, then another 30+ minutes to receive extra spicy after ordering one lbs mild lemon pepper season shrimp seafood boil with two missing eggs and two extra cobb of corn. I didn't receive any silverware so went to ask if silverware was available. The person had me walk down to take out area to retrieve a plastic folk. I was done at this point. The environment was so uncomfortable and bathroom was dirty clearly had not been checked or clean recently. I didn't eat the food and lefted after speaking to the manager Tim. I was there maybe two years ago and it was better as usual the good customer service has dropped off. This is not a place for grow folks and I won't be back. Very disappointed..

I walked in for a birthday celebration. The issue was that it smelled like sewage and bad bathroom smells. None the less we got seated. The smell seemed to only be in the front section. We sat and got our food. I had some crabs and the crab cake. The crab cake had little to no lump crab in it, and I did not finish. The crab legs came out and I started to eat. The crab came out of the shells like mush. They overcooked the crab. I had 2 bunches but by the time the waitress got there and took the bag back, I already put the remaining of the first bunch in the discard bucket. She said since she only saw one , I could only get one. I was over it. The waitress took forever to close us out and rarely came back to the table. I do not want to go back to this place.

Excellent service. Food and drinks are perfect ?. Highly recommend the boom seasoning on all the options. Sausages were delicious in the boil.

Service was slow and it was a weekday around 3pm. We visited when it first opened and the food was great. We were excited to go back now that the bar was open. It took over 30min to get our drinks (the manager apologized and comped them.) After waiting so long, we had another round of drinks and appetizers (calamari and cheese sticks) and left when a fight between an inebriated group of older women and some guy erupted. Don't know that we'll return to this location. I will say the drinks were strong & appetizers good. The crablegs on our initial visit were good enough to try a this 2nd time. Oh, well...

Great music. Reasonable prices. Happy hour drink specials everyday. I have an amazing time everytime I come! Definitely worth every penny!

Parking: Plenty of parking, though you may not get a spot right in front of the restaurant.

Kid-friendliness: Kids are welcome. I wouldn't sit at the bar with them, but I have seen children have birthday dinners here.

Amazing service. Took my mom here for her birthday and I must admit the service was top tier. Shout out to our server Ko, she was amazingly helpful as she was always checking on our table to make we weren’t in need of anything. Customer service was 10/10. Great conversation. We will be back
