I visited this location the other day and I must say, the food is good however the service needs major work. It took our waiter 20 minutes to come to our table to greet us. We never received refills. She was hard to find. Once we were done, we asked for a box and the check and she stood over me as if I’m going to run out on the check. It was quite amusing because we could barely find her to ask for additional items during our meal. She was constantly missing but when it comes time to pay, she would stand over us. It was insulting. I will not be back to this location.

I went to crafty crab on April 4th my bill was $155.57. I asked to put a $100 on my cash app and give them $70 in cash. When they rerun the card after I unlocked it she rerun it for$155.57. The service wasn't that freaking great to give either one of them a $70 tip period. I will never go there ever again. When I back to show my receipt of course I didn't get my $55.97 back

Attempted to go to this location and it was not a pleasant experience. I won't dog them out, but I will not ever go there again or any other crafty crab location. Beware of how they treat us, and all the rules established to keep us in line. Grant it, some have made it bad for others. I wrote a review on NextDoor along with other people and it mysteriously disappeared. They keep the good reviews and delete the not so good to keep y'all giving them your money.

First time carry out order. Young lady that took my order over the phone was very helpful and provided excellent customer service. I was hungry ordered pound and a half crab legs and half pound shrimp seafood boil and food was delicious!! Worth every dime...treat yourself. You won't be disappointed.

I normally go to the one in district heights which is fun when u wanna go out to party but this one is absolutely the go to for family or just a calm atmosphere service was amazing really nice and welcoming we really enjoyed it and will be coming to this one from now onParking: Easy free parkingKid-friendliness: They cried and laughed being loud and kids of course and no one got mad, made any mean remarks, everyone interacted nicely respectfully and positively with my baby’s made us feel really comfortable
