Domino's Pizza

Ordered a pizza online for delivery to our hotel room 1 1/2 miles away. I was told 39-49 minutes but it took over two hours. I called the manager after 90 mins and they hung up on me twice, I wasn't yelling. I was just trying to cancel my order. When the pizza finally arrived, it was cold and "stale". Almost a week later I am still trying to get some kind of resolution.

We ordered a pizza for delivery. Showed up after 2 hours. The pizza we ordered was cold with no pizza sauce. We called 3 times and were hung up on when calling the store. Worst pizza and service I have EVER experienced. They should close the doors on this dominos.
And......we were only 1.4 miles away. I could have walked to the restaurant, ordered and picked up my food and eaten in 2 hours. It's to bad that this is considered acceptable!

When I placed my online order it said 35 to 45 minutes to deliver. It took 2 hours to get pizza. Placed order at 6:12 I received it at 8:02. Pizza is absolutely cold, wings are cold and soggy plus didn't get my dip for my wings. I absolutely will pass this information on to all of the culinary team at Washington Commanders stadium, as well as visiting travel chefs coming into town to avoid this joke of an establishment!

The Dominos on Harry S.Truman drive should be shut down .The male cashier is very disrespectful and he stated that the health department told them that they don't need to wear gloves
They have gotten my order wrong twice.I went to pick up the corrected order and it was still made incorrectly
Please save yourself some time and money and never order from here.Very disappointed .If I could give it a zero,I would.It's one thing to make a mistake and instead of being apologetic, you are disrespectful

BEYOND GLAD I DIDN’T GET FOOD FROM HERE!! SINCE THEY CANCLE ORDERS JUST CAUSE THEY FEEL LIKE IT. Placed and order on Uber Eats and it’s immediately cancelled I tried again thinking it was an app error. NOPE THEY CANCELED IT IMMEDIATELY! Mean while they are still open instead of just closing the app. I see this place’s reputation is just as I suspected!

Takes so long to deliver and was on hold for a hour horrible service called at 2 pm Answered at 3 PM and it’s 5:12 PM right now and the pizza still hasn’t got here that’s crazy

This place does not even deserve a quarter of a star. Went to the location at Harry Truman Dr to pick up a pizza that my son ordered, recently. Two staff were on shift, a guy and a young lady. There was a small child also at the front counter, maybe about 4-5 years old. I noticed the guy taking up, cheese and whatever toppings there are for the pizza with his bare hands, no food gloves. I asked why they were not using gloves and their response was, if their hands were clean, they don't see any issues, and that they did not use gloves. To my dismay, the guy was also scrolling through his phones at times, as he applied the toppings. I noticed he did not wash his hands after touching his phone and dipped his hands right back in the containers. He was taking turns using his phone and then back to the containers with his bare hands. Both staff seemed upset when I raised the questions about the gloves. Also, why would they have a small child over the counter at the front? I have been to Papa Johns and noticed they actually uses gloves. It's gross to be scrolling on your phone and dipping into food containers, without washing hands. I will never buy a pizza again from Domino. If I did not see it with my own eyes, I would never believe it. Had it not been the heat, we would all be sick from cross-contamination, and other food poisoning. I will reach out to Domino's headquarter as well. This is extremely gross.

If the people could stop saying N-word this and that every other sentence it could be a decent spot

Very tasty pizza and great other good choices. Excellent delivery! As a two-year update: this is still an excellent location. We have never had any problems with delivery or quality. Thank you!

Ordered delivery, not only did they take a whole hour to deliver me my order but they messed up my pizza and just completely forgot my wings. The delivery driver said he’d bring them but I already knew he was lying. This has gotta be one of the worst dominos round here, and the food ain’t even good enough to spend. You’d be better off cooking a frozen pizza. And this store takes eons to answer the phone.
