Order was two hours late. When it finally arrived freezing cold, I called to ask for a refund and after being on hold for what felt like forever the manager “Evan” or something finally answers, gave me a refund, and immediately hangs up on me. I was very kind and professional about it but it was just all around not a good experience, unfortunately. Just take your money elsewhere.

I hope y’all fire Brandon and my delivery driver Omobonike. ?Firstly, I had to wait just about an hour before my pizza even left the building before it started getting delivered. Then, around maybe 9:30, it says my pizza was delivered and Ik good well the driver never even made it into the complex because I can see from my balcony. I called and this overly lame and lazy sounding employee named, you guessed it, it’s Brandon, answers the phone and basically tells me to just wait it out. So I’m like cool… I call again at 9:40 because how long am I expected to wait for 2 medium pizzas? ? so, I do understand that my tone was a little off, but at the end of the day, it’s been an hour and a half of me waiting for a pizza that I have yet to see. I see a car come and sit in the parking lot in a space RIGHT in front of my building, and I have a suspicion it’s the delivery person, but in case it isn’t, I don’t say anything. Not once did they even step foot towards my building or the steps leading toward said building. The woman even looks up at me (because I’m watching from my balcony and you can see me from the parking lot) and she’s just standing at her car and looking back and forth, then she gets back in and drives away and this is what prompts the second call. As I’m attempting to ask him about contacting the driver and asking them to come back IF that was them, he’s rudely trying to tell me to wait… again. So I’m over it and I hang up and I’m waiting… waiting… and then it hits 10pm. I call for the last time. He picks up and I say “I want to call y’all as much as y’all want me to call.” So now, I’ve softened my tone because I also work in the food industry and I understand being towards the end of a shift and dealing with angry customers. I ask what number they were calling, he tells me he doesn’t know… ? (he later on had the AUDACITY… to tell me that I was being ignorant ?) so I repeat and further explain my question basically, but my patience is thinning with him, so he gives me the number and I admit that it’s not the number that I have and I ask if they can send my pizza back out. He asks for the phone number, while making what I feel was a sarcastic remark about the previous phone number being incorrect, and I give it to him and my name as well. Then there’s silence and the anger gets the better of me and I start mumbling to myself about the time it took for the pizza to even leave the facility and the driver never coming up the stairs and he replies ?. He says something else about the pizza driver calling, but at the other dominoes I’ve ordered from, they might call if they’re AT THE DOOR, but I don’t have to receive actual phone calls from them, it’s one thing I can usually appreciate. So I blow up, not even gonna lie to you, I reiterated my point about the delivery driver never even setting foot inside my building and he comes back with the audacity to ask why I didn’t “flag her down”…? WHY TF WOULD I HAVE TO FLAG HER DOWN WHEN SHE COULD COME UPSTAIRS TO THE DOOR THATS ON THE DELIVERY ADDRESS? And we go back and forth a bit before he makes that audacious comment about ignorance ?? and I end up hanging up on him. I might’ve missed a bit, but you all can go back and listen to the recorded phone calls and all, but I will NEVER purchase from another dominoes here or anywhere else. He also notified me early on in the situation that a manger wasn’t present when I had already noticed I didn’t like his tone of voice. Mind you, the last time I called, he notified me that my order had been “cancelled”, yet I never received a cancellation text until after our heated argument on the phone. I could’ve chosen to spend my money ANYWHERE ELSE (which I did after this incident) but I chose you all and I was severely disappointed. One thing I won’t do is argue with anyone working at a Domino’s, you probably don’t get paid enough to argue with me in the first place, y’all need to hire better employees.

I would not recommend this place i called 2 time and got hung up on and the food was 2 hours late and cold after finally speaking with someone which turned out to be the driver he told me he took pictures of the pizza and if we wanted to send a complaint to corporate he will send picture theo that not good for business and sunny lying to your customers will not keep business thank you....

By time they deliver your pizza, you could have traveled to the moon and back! Delivery always is more than an hour, and the pizza will be cold and disgusting! Then when you call to inquire about your delivery, they will place you on hold forever as if they’re

The guy on the phone is RUDE.I advised the guy on the phone that he did NOT deliver my food and he tried to come up with a ridiculous explanation as to why he could not buzz himself in to my work establishment.He didn't like what was being said and he HUNG UP. Then refused to answer the phone.RUDE.RUDE.RUDE.TO FOLLOW UP TO THIS RUDE ESTABLISHMENT: THEY CALLED TO TELL ME THEY CALL EVERYONE WHEN THEY DROP OFF A DELIVERY. I HAVE HAD SEVERAL DELIVERIES IN MY LIFETIME WHERE THE PERSON KNOCKS ON THE DOOR OR RINGS THE DOORBELL. THEY DO NOT CALL. RIDICULOUS. SO THEY WERE "GRANTING" MY MY REFUND BUT HUNG UP AGAIN. I TOLD THEM I USED APPLE PAY BUT SHE DEMANDED BY LAST FOUR CREDIT CARD DIGITS.SO BASICALLY THE MAN AND WOMAN THAT WORK THERE IS RUDE. MANY MANY MANY MANY RUDE EMPLOYEES.

Horrible!! Always very rude and they never deliver on time. I placed an order online at 7pm on a Saturday night waited an 1:45 mins until I called and was told by a rude girl that my order was lost and that she was the only driver there so she don’t know what I wanted her to do. Like huh??? I just waited all this time no one ever reached to let me know what was going on and not to mention my money was already paid for the food. Give me my refund now crazy girl!! Smh I will never ever order from this location again. This is the third time they have been out of order without any apology or proper customer service shown!
