Ordered a no contact delivery, and the driver insisted on a tip from an 84yo woman who didn't order the pizza, made her sign a receipt, she wasn't authorized to sign. I called to complain got hung up on twice after 15 mins on hold cause I was told they were super busy. I went to store to return pizza and get a refund and was met by condescending tone, by manager and general manager of the store. WILL NOT RETURN AGAIN EVER!!

I’ve lived in the area for 7 years and never had a bad experience at this Domino’s until now. I placed an order, got an email saying it was ready in 15 minutes, and arrived 30 minutes later. I wasn’t greeted, and after some confusion, they admitted the order was never made. I waited over an hour for two pizzas and was not offered an apology, discount, or anything else. It seems like there are newer staff members, and the service and attitude were disappointing, especially with the young lady who works there.

Honestly I walked in late, got a pizza with a whole bunch of toppings, the guys were very well put together. Welcoming and store was looking great. As for the product 5 out of 5. A lot of Dominos like to cheat their customers when it comes to using coupons but these guys put the exact portions. Very nice Dominos thank you team!

This place is very ghetto. I think All the workers are high. They smoke weed in front of the building and the pizzas be hit or miss most of the time.

I order the food I put take around 2 hours delivery I put instructions the driver never call me he don’t leave my food take back to the store I call the store the manager very rude don’t apologize this store is bad store the people working there they are not professional for domino pizza

Had sausage, mushrooms and onion pizza! It didn't taste good and had sparce toppings. The pizza is usually pretty good with good amount of toppings. People were friendly and helpful.

My wife made an online order for pick up, which cost 20$. She said I'll get points for this on the app. I went, picked up food, and paid in cash; I didn't care for a receipt. Late at night, she got a text, I believe, could have been an email, saying your order had been canceled. She did not get those points on the app—no clue about the app or what happened.
My food was made in good time. I received what was ordered as usual. I'll order again from there; there's never an issue with food or time.

Horrible, I placed an online order and received the 'YOUR ORDER IS READY " text. When I arrived they had cancelled my order because I didn't prepay with my card. What I don't understand is why would you accept , make & complete my order just cancel it. I could clearly see my pizza sitting waiting to be picked up. What really has me PISSED OFF is the fact that i commuted from Laurel to this Upper Marlboro after a work shift to grab on the way home . I ordered before 10pm & arrived by 10:30. This location is open til midnight. One guy was sitting in the lobby on his phone. I definitely don't recommend at all.

Not only Did my driver forget an entire item, they left my food on the ground outside in the rain. I called to inform them and received the worst and rudest Customer service by Dondre. He did not care about the drivers actions and repeatedly demonstrated disrespect. As a customer who spends my money here every week, i am sadly sickened and will never spend another dollar at this establishment.

My food was left on the ground outside and the driver forgot part of my order. When I called to express my concerns, I had the displeasure of speaking to Dondre. Dondre is unhappy in his personal life and decides to take it out on customers. He was extremely rude and hung up on me after refusing to provide me with a refund or credit.
Dondre, I hope your power trip was worth it. I also hope you figure out how to be a better employee. Get your life together and do better.
