Last night when I went into Domino’s to pick up my order, I witnessed something extremely concerning and unsanitary. An elderly Caucasian woman who was working the register and answering phones walked to the back where the food was kept. In full view of customers, she put her bare fingers directly into the trays of food and started eating. She then placed her fingers in her mouth and continued eating from the trays.
Immediately afterward, she began making a pizza without washing her hands or wearing gloves. I watched her grab cheese and pepperoni with her bare hands and place them directly onto the pizza. This type of food handling is unacceptable and poses a serious health risk to customers.
If this is what she is doing openly in front of customers, I can only imagine how long this has been happening behind the scenes. I will not be eating at this location again.
Don’t answer the phone

If I could give zero stars, I would.
They’re literally playing with people’s food. I ordered a buffalo chicken pizza, and it looked like someone just dumped an entire bottle of buffalo sauce on top. It was completely drowned—messy, soggy, and inedible. Extremely disappointed & disgusted.

The Domino’s Pizza located at 14604 Main St., Upper Marlboro, MD (store #6078), operated by franchisee Malcom Carter, is, without question, the most unprofessional, inadequate, lackadaisical, and inconsiderate establishment I have ever encountered.
Last Saturday, I placed an order at 1:15 p.m. and did not receive my pizza until 3:00 p.m.—delivered, astonishingly, to the wrong address on an entirely different street. On a previous occasion, I also experienced an unacceptable delay, waiting nearly two and a half hours for a simple pizza delivery.
While I understand that businesses can be busy, what I cannot comprehend is how, when the online tracker indicates the driver has left the store—located merely 3.7 miles from my residence—it consistently takes more than two hours for the order to arrive.
Adding insult to injury, the store then sends an apologetic email acknowledging that my delivery “was not what we hoped,” offering a so-called “free” pizza that still requires out-of-pocket expenses for taxes and, should one risk requesting delivery again, additional delivery charges.
I have attempted to contact Malcom Carter, the franchise owner, on three separate occasions, all without any response. This situation is unacceptable. Action must be taken to address the gross mismanagement of this Domino’s location. I am genuinely perplexed as to how this store continues to operate, especially considering others in the community have shared similar frustrations and have since chosen to take their business elsewhere.
We cannot continue to overlook the substandard performance of the Domino’s Pizza at 14604 Main St., Upper Marlboro, MD, store #6078, under the ownership of Malcom Carter. Meaningful corrective measures are urgently needed.

Second time I’ve ordered thin crust and it was hard the first time took it back. They remade it and are very sweet just cannot make the thin crust right. A staff member said this always happens. Also they should be wearing gloves that’s a big NO NO with all the viruses going around. All establishments should require gloves.

The phone ordering was easy. The food was delivered slightly early and professionally by Trent. The food was made correctly and tasty. All for a good price. I am very happy.

I ordered a medium NY style Italian pizza, excited being from NY on12/5 (the two for 6.99). And it was the worst cardboard pizza I have ever had in my life.... overcooked thin pizza with burnt cheese and limited topping Extremely dissatisfied

Overall horrible experience. Lack of order and operational expertise. i waited over 1 hour for my food. Pizza was undercooked and only had 17 pepperoni on a large pizza. The table closest to the register was really dirty i could see dirt clear as day. i saw mold on the ceiling and water damage. There was an aroma of sulfur and boiled eggs. Every time i visit this location the customer service is terrible. Do not order from the location totally not worth your time nor money.

They are high 24/7. I ordered from there I seen them reuse a dirty cutter that was caked up with food. The manager appeared to be vaping there is nobody wearing gloves. I seen employees touching their cell phones then going back to making pizza without washing their hands. I even heard one girl say there was a roach and everyone didnt even seem to care like it was normal.
