So today I went to this location wanting some Munchins!! 5-12-25 ..Yet they had brought back the Vanilla Bean Coolatas they are sooo good!! and that's been my drug of choice since my ballston va days!. So one nice guy waited on me then a tall guy came up looking around I'm like you looking for my mama he said yeah I made her this drink!...it was pistachio something I'm like well I'll pay for it now since you finished. she came back inside! She tasted her drink! she really liked it!! like really it wasn't too sweet or anything. the presentation was love!! I wanted the whipped cream and caramel too! but he said mine didn't come with the works! . His Name is Toby he's funny, really tall and makes thee best drinks!!. He's like you want one in like naaah but I'll take whatever you just recommended me . So definitely the customer service was A1 of the guys!!... the drinks if you let Toby make it is Looove!! The other cool guy even said Toby is your guy for drinks! So if you're looking for a coffee, latte drink ask for him!! . It was very clean the ambiance inside and around, it was a beautiful day!

I like Starbucks, as well as Dunkin, but I go to Dunkin because I can save more money. That said, their hot chocolate machines are almost always broken, or they're out of a sufficient donut selection, and I go to several different locations near e as well as away from my location.

They got rude when my boyfriend went and ordered a sweet tea for me and laughed at him when he asked them to fill the drink up and they laughed when he asked for a straw and wouldn’t give him one. Extremely disappointed never coming here again. He had to stop by another dunkin for a straw.

This staff was incredibly rude very disrespectful tried to charge me for 3 extra shots of espresso on both of my drinks and when I told them they made a big deal about it my bill came out to 43$ for 2 people . I go to Dunkin every day and my bill is usually 26 I told them when I seen it go above 30 the cashier kept telling me my order was right an just pay for it so I did an that's when I seen all the extra charges!! Do not go to this place worst Dunkin I've been to in years! And it must be bad if I'm writing a review

This is the worst Dunkin Donuts I've ever been to I work right down the street they open the front door when they feel like it So the Inconvenience you because they're understaffedaft all the employees are rude and nasty all the time No matter what time of the day you stop in
Often stop for gas here not a fan had to go to the bathroom ? looks like it hadn't been cleaned in months no tissue, no paper towels floor was nasty confronted the guy who waited on me he said he hadn't gotten to it today. If the bathroom is that nasty than no one is washing there hands but you all enjoy your food?
