This staff was incredibly rude very disrespectful tried to charge me for 3 extra shots of espresso on both of my drinks and when I told them they made a big deal about it my bill came out to 43$ for 2 people . I go to Dunkin every day and my bill is usually 26 I told them when I seen it go above 30 the cashier kept telling me my order was right an just pay for it so I did an that's when I seen all the extra charges!! Do not go to this place worst Dunkin I've been to in years! And it must be bad if I'm writing a review

Often stop for gas here not a fan had to go to the bathroom ? looks like it hadn't been cleaned in months no tissue, no paper towels floor was nasty confronted the guy who waited on me he said he hadn't gotten to it today. If the bathroom is that nasty than no one is washing there hands but you all enjoy your food?

This is by far the most disgusting Dunkin Donuts I have ever seen. Women’s room out of order, men’s room handle and locks broken. No toilet paper but a roll of paper towels on the floor to use. The toilet hasn’t been cleaned in probably a month. Customer Service was awful. Waited for a few minutes due to employees sitting on boxes in the back room on their phones. Do better Dunkin.
The dining area is never cleaned! Dead bugs all over window sills and chairs. Crumbs on the tables, seating area and floors first thing in the morning. This place needs serious intervention.

Probably the worst customer service for a timely order. Team was very unorganized, and it didn't help that the DD employee had to also run the Shell gas station register - I think that was a very poorly thought decision when creating this concept. Honestly I felt bad for the employee cause he was really trying to provide good customer service but there was too much going on for him to actually help the customers at the register.
I placed a mobile order 10 min prior to arrival, and the order wasn't started on for another 10-12 min and I only ordered 2 drinks and coffee-no ready made order food. Two people infront of me waited so long they canceled their order ans left.
