Houey’s Shaved Ice

I’ve never tried this place simply because I’ve never been a big shaved ice person…. However, I went to an event where they attended with their truck and decided to try it and let me tell you, I have been missing out! Soooooo good. I got the peach, lemonade, and watermelon and it was perfect. My new favorite!

They have good shaved ice, some times a little hard to see if open from street. We have gotten shaved ice here a few times and we have enjoyed it each time. Lots of flavors to choose from.

This incredible place we discovered is absolutely amazing! My wife devoured her delicious snow cone before we even reached home. It's such a perfect and refreshing treat on a scorching summer day.

The Houey's truck was serving my office today. The team moved through the long line with great efficiency. They also provided the best snowball I've had all summer - no skimping on flavor!

I got the “monster” size w/ birthday cake ice, wedding cake ice, s’mores ice and marshmallow topping. Bday cake was the best flavor out of those three.

I wanted to love this place, I drove an hour to try it out. I’m used to New Orleans snoballs so I was hoping for something close to that. We tried two flavors. Strawberry cream and strawberry cheesecake. Both with condensed milk. They barely had condensed milk on it, just on the surface so once you eat that top layer it’s gone. I’d would have paid more for a suitable amount. The strawberry cream one didn’t have enough syrup. After a few bites I was hitting just white, packed ice. Very disappointed.
