A piece of fried chicken in my big box seemed like it had been prepared a while earlier and was kind of chewy. The other 2 were just as they should be. The biscuit was warm and the coleslaw okay. Seems like the interior needs some renovation. Better to do a pick up or drive thru.

Walked in with no greeting and met with an attitude. There seem to be only a few workers. She rang my order and was not polite but I tried to overlook it. I ordered three meals and I asked for honey mustard. She gave me two. And walked away. As I stood there asking for more she just walked away so I waited for about 5 minutes. She was packing up food. Then she finally acknowledged me and I asked for the sauce and she threw it in the bag a walked away never giving me a receipt. I would normally look past it but this is the second time at this point I'm tired of supporting this establishment. I added proof of purchase because I didn't get a receipt. Sadly, that seems to be the norm and nothing ever changes. Needless to say, it should not be acceptable.

Cashier was awesome. Truly appreciate her efforts. Management is the reason I will not return. DO NOT TRUST THEM, AND CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE.
They never work to satisfy the customer. Take your business to 8251 Central Ave (10 minutes) for customer first ( and cheaper prices. Check the menus) service and a way better overall experience!!

Parked n went inside. Mistake! It took 20 minutes just to back up n leave, as the limited parking available is also where the exit is for the drive thru lane. No pizazz in the food. Even tho no one in line when I entered n the staff saw me, no one bothered to acknowledge me for about 10 min. Last visit to this place.

Constantly closes early but doesn’t update site so delivery drivers keep showing up and customers keep placing orders.
Finally you guys have hit the mark wanted grill chicken for my wife and wow it was ready hot and jumping out the pot now this is what meets my expectations you have exceeded my expectations the grill chicken was ready fast and hot thank you Management we're back on good terms looking at my wife enjoying the meal saying to myself A Happy Wife happy life
You know when you just want good fried chicken? KFC is the place to go. Food was excellent, hot and delivered with a smile.

I happen to pop by here for a quick lunch yesterday and the chicken blew my mind...so much so I had to stop on the side of the road...this was around 2/3pm...idk who the cook is but hats off...the extra crispy white me was better then popeyes...I lost a tear enjoying it...yes this is being reviewed by a big back that loves food...I loved it so much so I went back today around the same time...mind you I live 25 mins away..and yes the extra crispy was HOT,FRESH AND CRISPY...yall better go get you some of that 😀

The food at this KFC was as expected—KFC is pretty consistent wherever you go. However, the service left a lot to be desired. There were cones blocking part of the drive-thru, which was confusing. Since there was no one behind me, I drove straight to the window. Instead of taking my order, the employee told me to drive all the way back around to the ordering station. While I complied without making a fuss, he could’ve easily taken my order right there.
When I finally circled back and ordered, the same employee seemed irritated, barely spoke, and wasn’t friendly at all. I don’t know if he was having a bad day, but it probably would’ve been better for him to take the day off.
Because of this experience, I’ll think twice before returning to this KFC.
