I happen to pop by here for a quick lunch yesterday and the chicken blew my mind...so much so I had to stop on the side of the road...this was around 2/3pm...idk who the cook is but hats off...the extra crispy white me was better then popeyes...I lost a tear enjoying it...yes this is being reviewed by a big back that loves food...I loved it so much so I went back today around the same time...mind you I live 25 mins away..and yes the extra crispy was HOT,FRESH AND CRISPY...yall better go get you some of that 😀

The food at this KFC was as expected—KFC is pretty consistent wherever you go. However, the service left a lot to be desired. There were cones blocking part of the drive-thru, which was confusing. Since there was no one behind me, I drove straight to the window. Instead of taking my order, the employee told me to drive all the way back around to the ordering station. While I complied without making a fuss, he could’ve easily taken my order right there.
When I finally circled back and ordered, the same employee seemed irritated, barely spoke, and wasn’t friendly at all. I don’t know if he was having a bad day, but it probably would’ve been better for him to take the day off.
Because of this experience, I’ll think twice before returning to this KFC.

Foods so bad they won't offer refunds and they are using colored water as gravy
Service was not good. The person on the counter was busy on the cell phone and did not get my order right. When I returned to the store with the wrong order, the person on the register insisted that I was wrong. I asked for a refund and the night manager pointed to a sign which read no refunds. They gave me what I asked for but my appetite was ruined. After a closer look the place is not the cleanest place that serves food to the public. I will never go back there again. Another customer in the restaurant also said they would never come back either because of the appearance and poor service. Signed, Unsatisfied Customer

This was the worst KFC I have been too. Ordered the nuggets, 8 piece several of the pieces were so small 3 of them should have been one nugget. I wish I took a pic but my son ate them. Service was poor. Never fully opened the window, just pulled it back open enough to stick his arm out. The worst, will never get my business again. Nothing wrong with young people working at these types of jobs but the need to have manners and respect. Horrible
