This was an unfortunate experience. On the evening of 9/5/25, I ordered my food through the drive-thru. I ordered the 5.99 deal, which included a leg, thigh, a side, and a biscuit. Got to the window to pay. The lady took my card for payment, handed back my card, and said (while handing my food)....oh I gave you a wing instead of a thigh....and we do not have any biscuits. This information should have been shared prior to taking my payment. This lady was clearly unprofessional.

Avoid completely. I’m not sure what type of employees they are hiring, but using the drive-thru here feels like you have to beg them just to take your order, and even then it often comes out incomplete or incorrect.

Eat at your own risk. Great staff but my family went in to grab something for lunch.. There was black mold on the ceiling and the walls were bowing, assuming from moisture but hopefully not. We didn’t notice until after we started eating.
Tried the chicken nuggets and they were good so I guess we lived to tell the tale!

By far…… the WORST kfc restaurant I have ever been to. Ordered a 3 piece, extra crispy with two sides. Chicken was Burnt and greasy as hell. Mac n cheese was disgustingly over-microwaved. Zero flavor at all. Threw it all out after two bites.

This is the worst excuse for a restaurant I’ve ever seen got my food and my $20 box of chicken was completely raw. My wings were so overcooked. I almost chipped a tooth on them and when I went inside to ask for a refund, the guy laughed at me. He said all of the Chicken is like that deal with it. Then he remade my order and gave me two boxes of burnt chicken. The colonel would be rolling over in his grave what a shame

Stopped in here for a quick meal while on a road trip; since we’d been on the road for several hours, I didn’t want to go through the drive thru. There were three staff on - two of whom saw me, my partner, and another customer who came in behind us standing at the counter. Neither of them said anything to any of us waiting, or said anything to the person wearing a headset (I’m assuming monitoring the drive thru). All three of us wound up walking out. Can’t speak to the quality of the food; I suppose we could have gone through the drive thru, but at that point I wasn’t willing to spend any money.
I had a simple order and it was wrong and the lady in the drive thru had an attitude the entire time.

Out of tea, out of root beer, out of pennies? Was short changed 2 cents. Asked cashier for them...argument ensued. 'I gave them 2 you', another coworker came over, opened the drawer, and lo n behold, there were 0 pennies in the till. It got resolved, but not without drama =annoying

Do not eat from this place, I ordered a 10 piece family meal not only was all the skin falling off the chicken, the chicken was soggy I literally had to put the chicken in the oven when I got home to cook it some more , if I had the energy I’ll drive it back there….. they definitely need to do better
