I went to McDonald's December 27th and we ordered a Big Mac meal. He ordered a Big Mac a coffee and it's supposed to come with fries. When we pulled up to the window they didn't have fries with it. So we asked if they could give us our fry they said no so we went in there and complained and they still didn't do none. So McDonald's you either need to get better workers or I'm never coming there again. Thank you

This is the slowest McDonald’s ever. It doesn’t matter if you come 7am, 11am,3pm, 9pm, 3am you’re going to sit for at least 20 MINUTES EVERY SINGLE TIME!!!! No matter what the time is inside or drive through. I think it’s intentional. It’s ridiculous I live across the street but I’m way better off going to another location. EVERY TIME!!!

I visited the McDonald’s on Crain Highway in Upper Marlboro, and the receipt I was given printed so faintly that large sections were illegible, including the promotional/validation area at the top. I am attaching a photo because it is hard to believe how unreadable it is.
I asked about redeeming the offer shown on the receipt, and the manager’s response was essentially that they would not honor receipts from other McDonald’s locations and did not offer a solution for the fact that this location’s receipts are not printing clearly. I was also told (and observed) that this happens regardless of whether you order at the drive-thru or at the front registers.
Whether this is a printer maintenance issue or a store policy issue, the outcome for customers is the same: you are handed a receipt that cannot reliably be used for the promotion printed on it. That is unacceptable customer service and needs to be fixed. Until the receipts are readable and staff handle this more professionally, I cannot recommend this location.

EVERYTIME i come to this McDonalds (i live around the corner and it’s convenient) the order is messed up, i ask for cooked to order and NEVER get it but instead get the worst quality and incorrect items (every visit which is almost daily and sometimes multiple times in a day)

Do not order curbside from this McDonald’s. They will forget about you and not acknowledge you. after waiting for almost 15 minutes, I gave up and went inside and my food was waiting for me all cold.

I am so pissed! The whole reason I ordered breakfast from mcdonalds today is that I wanted a caramel frappe. They forgot my freaking straw, am I supposed to take the lid off and drink it like that?! This annoyed me so bad. I had to look around my house for an old plastic straw to drink my frappe. What if I didn't have a straw, then what?! That ruined my morning and made me angry, use common sense, if you are putting a drink in a bag, especially a cold one people will want a straw.

I had literally one bite left of my fish filet ( and much I never usually get but I was feeling fish today) and I look down at my box, that opened and haven’t moved since opening to take my sandwich out, and there are 3 HAIRS IN MY SANDWICH BOX!! I damn near threw up!!! 🤮 this location is DISGUSTING and they need to be held accountable for this!! They really have just gotten worse and worse over the years idk what kind of employees this place has now but yall need AN IMMEDIATE HEALTH INSPECTION!!! 🤢🤢🤢🤢
