After being misled about the ice cream machine's status, I was treated rudely by both the staff and the manager. When I politely pointed out that my sundae order had been incorrectly filled, the manager responded by dumping my ice cream into a drinking cup. When I requested a refund, the staff became hostile and accused me of slowing down the drive-thru.

Where do I begin!?!?!…this McDonald’s has certainly gone down hill over the years and I’ve lived in Marlton since the 6th grade ( I’m 32 so….) and this has to be THE WORST year ever coming here. I recently came back home and so sometimes I have to come here to eat cuz of blahzablah..but the night shift lately is just terrible…why am I waiting 30-40 min in a drive through?!?! And then I get to the window and they asking ME what my order was…whatttt????? Like yall got to do better this makes absolutely no since….in one point in time in waiting the other cars and me had to put our cars in park from our legs hurting so much from holding down the brakes…finally get my food and my drink is watery ..and I don’t get ice..and my McFlurry was melted so they made it when I got my receipt which took 15 min for me to get cuz I always order in the app…and in the past they haven’t gotten my order right and I order in the app for that purpose..for them NOT to was it up..and they still do like..??♀️??♀️….i don’t get what happened to this place but it’s just so bad nowadays..and mind you when I ordered in the app it was right before I left my house and drive two min to get there..and waited for 30 in the drive through…it wasn’t even that crowded so I don’t get it…

I don’t like giving one star reviews however this particular location is not really a good location. It’s McDonalds so yeah it’s close, cheap and convenient however the unprofessionalism is so unreal.
1. As I drove up to place my order, I waited for about 3 minutes before anyone asked me and there were only 3 cars ahead of me and no cars behind me.
A young employee working there was giggling and yelling over speaker whilst taking my order. He stopped me mid-sentence to respond to playful banter in the background (this didn’t really bother me too much, it’s fast food not a fine dining establishment however this just screams ?)
2. My food was a mess, the fries were so salty that I couldn’t finish it, I thought maybe it was just me however when my family tasted them they confirmed the fries were way too salty and I had to throw them away,
My McNuggets were stale, you can definitely tell they sat out for maybe an hour or more idk.
The only saving grace was a single ice cream cone I got and even that was small and not properly made due to an employee there telling the staff to “hurry up with the ice cream cone”.
3. Aggressive panhandlers at the door harassing anyone who goes in or drives by.
That’s all I had to share but it’s really a shame that I had to throw my food away and I still wanted McDonalds so I had to go to another location nearby and I was satisfied. Location matters, McDonald’s are everywhere and if you are reading this just make the extra 5-7 minute drive to go to a different location.

Don’t get a chicken sandwich from this place. I got a chicken one time and I bit into it and it was like thick and chewy inside which is just nasty. Then today I got one and midway through the sandwich I saw some squishy yellow ish stuff in it and i thought I could just move around it but I bit it and it had the nastiest texture and it felt like slime and it was mushy.

Good service I wouldn't use the bathroom so I got a small chicken tenders and a small fry and a drink the food was just okay but the service was great the place was clean and I thank them for letting me use the bathroomv
