This McDonald's charged for tarter sauce on a fish sandwich and the Corporate office wrote and said, that each McDonald's is locally owned and operated. Sounds like a free fall with no standard policies - what's next?

This location is normally busy and slow. I sat so long in drive thru this morning that my mobile code timed out. Gets to be my turn at the speaker so I tried asking for it by name but I had to come in. I come in and go to the pick up counter. I am ignored by 3 employees as they are calling out numbers and handing folks their food. Finally, the cashier gets her line down and greets me and I tell her what my issue is. She yells for Veronica. Veronica turns around and she tells her that I need assistance. Veronica turns back around without giving any customer service. Cashier waits a minute and tells Veronica again that I need assistance. Cashier is assisting with other orders and then tells Veronica for a third time that I need assistance. But, she is still content on providing zero customer service. She finally comes and nods at me; no verbal communication. I show my cell and that I need a large coffee with sugar and cream. She speaks Spanish to another employee. And I wait. Employee gives me a large cup of black coffee; zero sugar and zero cream

I have so many times to this McDonalds and is always the same. Always a line at the drive thru and food is never ready making you park on the waiting spot and wait for almost 20-30 minutes for them to bring their food. Terrible customer service

It's unfortunate that 1 star is the lowest score.

I've had numerous poor experiences at this location. Unfortunately, the store is unreachable via phone (no answer, continuously unavailable) to express myconcerns. Attempts in contacting corporate are also a waste of energy; nothing is done. This is just the latest of years of issues.

On the night of Tuesday, October 8, 2024, I approached the McDonald's of 15475 Marlboro Pike's drive-through lane. I chose the outermost lane because it was not occupied.

While waiting to give my order, I noticed two cars placing orders and proceeding to the pay window. I said hello in the microphone many times before being greeted with a "gimme a minute."

After a minute, or so, I was then asked, "Can I take your order?" I immediately asked why the cars in the other lanes were given immediate assistance, and I was waiting, now over five minutes, to place an order. The young lady then said, "it was only one car." I quickly corrected her, told her it was two cars, and now a third car has progressed through the lane. She immediately yelled, "it was only one car!" I then asked for the manager on duty; she then disconnected the conversation.

After waiting for the manager for at least a minute, I decided to proceed to the payment window. As I approached the window, the previous young lady switched places with another worker.

While at the window, with the previous worker in the background, the new worker asked me for my order. I asked to speak with the manager on duty. The previous worker reached around the other and closed the window. I could then see her, I assume, explaining the situation to a plain dressed young man.

The young man then opened the window and asked, "Could I take your order?" I said yes, are you the manager? He nodded, I asked, " what is to the young lady's name?" She said, "Raven, " and pulled on her sweatshirt to expose her nametag.

I then explained the whole situation of what happened while I was waiting to place an order in the drive-through lane. Raven then immediately cut me off and said, "it was only one car", said, "no, it was two, as I told you earlier and then a third proceeded, by the time we were finished," Raven then she said no, it wasn't", I said, "excuse me, why are you talking? Why are you talking? I am talking to him. " She then rolled her eyes. I then asked the young man his name. He said, "Devante."

Devante then said, "What do you want? What do you want to order?" I said, "well, I'd like to start with an apology. " Of course, I was refused, then Devante says, "what do you want to eat?" I proceeded to give him my order as I was understandably disappointed. Devante said, "$10.15". After pulling out my method of payment, I thought, "I can't trust the food here, I can't trust the order I'm given will be safe for consumption".

I then replaced my currency and said, "I'll have to trust McDonald's Corporate will know exactly what my order is." Raven then laughed and said, as I proceeded out of the line, "they not gonna help you."

Situations happen more often than they should at this location.

I decided then and there, I would never go to that location again. And unfortunately, I'll probably never go to another McDonald's ever again either. The time spent at the location exceeded 25 minutes, which is ridiculous. For a place that is established itself as a respected fast food restaurant, this location leaves a lot to be desired. I drove to Wendy's to enjoy a delicious meal without incident. A childhood favorite will no longer be frequented.
