Stopped to get the $5 breakfast and they wanted upcharge for egg and to change coffee to soda. Didn't have that problem at a location in Crofton a week ago. Won't patronize this one. The cashier person was very nice though

I bought my mom a spicy snack wrap from this location and just the whole experience was not great. The drive thru person spoke in a unprofessional manner and then the next window I had to repeat myself bc these employees are so unorganized and lazy that they made us wait for the food and still bring us the wrap still cold and hard?? Why make us wait for something that just got taken out of the package. horrible location

Literally, the rudest McDonald’s I’ve ever encountered. The girl working the drive-through window has no business dealing with the public. I have never come across a more apathetic person at a fast food restaurant and that’s a big statement. At this point in the world you come to expect it but when somebody is so bad that it prompt you to write a negative review that says something.

Rude bad customer service when you tell them something they do something different and when you’re telling them something they’re walking away and this is not the first nor second time.
Ordered my food through drive thru tonight and literally told the lady at the window I wanted a large not the medium, she still provided a medium in everything and didn’t change it. The food quality was horrible. Cold fries and chicken nuggets. Same as my daughter’s kids meal: got a smoothie and it wasn’t the correct size due to them messing up my meal. Had to contact corporate regarding the service and food quality of this location cause I called the store and wanted to report this but they don’t answer ever. Every time I

Last week I ordered 2 $7.00 meals, when I got home, they weren't in the bag. There was no answer on the phone when I tried to get through nor would the online rating system allow me to comment. Fast Forward to today. I went back to the location, ordered the exact same meal, explained to Ms. Agabi, what happened and she immediately replaced the food with a smile. She took care of the situation immediately without any problems and made my day.

CAME BACK A WEEK LATER AT 3:20 AM AND WAS TOLD THEY WAS CLOSED UNTIL BREAKFAST !!!!!! ITS 24 HOURS !!!! NO BREAKFAST FOR WORK FOR ME !!! I THINK IL CONTACT CORP. THIS IS UNEXCEPTIONAL BY FAR!!!!!!!!!!
