I was on the phone with one of my Sorority sisters while she was ordering food for us. I heard the rudest girl in the drive through. She repeated her order 4 times and the girl tried to force her to order a drink. She then had to go into the restaurant. The manager is being rude.
She begin to tell my sister that she was 21 with a lot of kids. That had nothing to do with any customer. Your team members insulting customers with no consequences. The manager had an ear bud in her ear while she was working. She was so awful, I told my sister to leave. She did just that. After recoding the entire visit, I still cannot believe the horrible service. After reading the reviews over the last few months, I can guarantee it is not the customers. The team in there touching and rubbing on each other and being very inappropriate. Check your cameras! All those hormones going on in there with these young people, and you added a manager that is angry because of her choices. This creates a horrible atmosphere. After a while, this location will close down. I suggest you change the staff on this location. I would have to agree with every single last one of your recent reviews. As the owner of this location, you should value your customers. I will post the records, pictures, and videos. It will go viral!

Great experience and polite and professional customer service and food was delicious--EXCEPT for those biscuits--they fell off years ago chain wide-- so im guessing they cant be responsible if they just taking them out the freezer and they are just DRYYYY and hard every time! Popeyes Corporate needs to go back to sending the flour and add water on site because those current biscuits cant be helped even with all the butter and jam in the country.
I swear I had a great good experience--even though I just went off about them biscuits š

Just moved in the area and the family and I love some popoyes some when we see thereās was one really close to our home we got excited , unfortunately my last 3 experience has been bad . I noticed when I do walk ins orders take for ever so I figure let me do a mobile order that still tragic sometimes especially if you donāt check on your food before leaving . Thereās always missing items , or molded bread . Iāll probably find another location and drive further for better quality food and service .

The young staff on duty was extremely unprofessional and one particular young female was very nasty and rude. A lot of laughing and loud talk amongst the staff and lingering lines and wait time.

They have given me incorrect orders way too many times and when they do get my order correct, they serve me cold fries and cold tenders. When I go to a Popeyes in a white or Hispanic community , they rarely give me bad service. Whenever I go to a Popeyes in a black community, itās always a problem.

This Popeyes sucks. I usually donāt care to make reviews for stuff like this but I donāt live far from this Popeyes and I donāt eat it often. However the 10 times I can count on my hand that I have gone they are ALWAYS out of whatever Iām requesting Either rice and beans or the chicken itās always something! Either the workers in there just donāt be caring or they just never have enough made and they are too lazy.I have no idea but itās ridiculous.
I visit other Popeye's frequently, but this location was a FIRST AND LAST! I only try order 2 five piece TENDERS not the combo ONLY TENDERS AND THE TOTAL CAME TO $31 and some change!!! I had to make sure that it was not the combos and she said it was just the tenders!!! I said NO THANKS AND DROVE OFF.This is way overpriced, especially When I can go 10 miles the opposite direction and pay 10 dollars cheaper and served by more polite people as well. CROFTON or EDGEWATER is my choices and charge the same amount..I normally don't go down that direction and never will again especially for POPEYES! When BOJANGLES OPENS BACK UP I WILL VISIT THERE AND POPEYES WILL LOSE BUSINESS FOR SURE.
I generally hesitate to join the chorus of negative reviews, but my recent experience at this Popeyes location was, unfortunately, one of the worst Iāve had, this side of the Mason-Dixon line. While I recognize that several similar complaints have already been posted, I still felt compelled to share mine in the hope that someone in management is listening.
I visited the drive-thru a few days ago and was immediately struck by how faint the speaker system was. I had to lean significantly out of my vehicle to hear and communicate. I brought this to the attention of the employee taking my order, who was speaking quickly, softly, and with notable impatience. When I pulled up to the window and politely mentioned the issue again, I was met with an exaggerated eye roll from the young man working the window. As someone who is both married and a parent, I can confidently say Iāve seen my fair share of eye rolls, this one set a new bar.
While I understand that hiring younger employees can offer flexibility and availability, that needs to be paired with appropriate oversight. There must be a seasoned manager on site to ensure that customer service reflects the standards associated with the Popeyes brand. During my visit, I observed staff standing around on their phones or chatting outside, which made the 15-minute wait at the window, only to receive an incorrect order with no sauces as requested, all the more frustrating.
Regrettably, Iāll be avoiding this location going forward. Poor customer service, long wait times, and unprofessional behavior are a recipe for lost business. And in light of the now-shuttered Bojangles next door, one might wonder if the warning signs are already flashing here too.
