Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

To purchase a 2 piece combo, 10 wings, and fries.. I’m disappointed by the time I opened my meal it’s was a little wing that they got from a baby chick..metaphorically speaking.. it was so small they should have added another wing. Disappointed that I spend that much money to be disappointed.

Just trash experience, always a long wait (30-40 mins in the drive thru is ridiculous) and still manage to forget some item or another. 10/10 for being the worst popeyes in Maryland though.

So I am rating this Popeyes as I wait in the drive tbru for my food. I have been coming to this Popeyes for approximately four years now and been ordering the same drink a large Fanta strawberry soda and lemonade mix. Well, all of a sudden today I’m being told that they don’t make those kind of drinks and they’ve never made those kind of drinks and that is absolutely not true. For the last couple of times that I’ve been coming to This Popeyes, and they are inconsistent. Either you make the drink or you don’t, but you can’t flip-flop every other time somebody comes to a restaurant just irritating. Then to top it off the customer service was not friendly either. Sometimes you rather not support the places that are actually in your neighborhood.

Nothing like eating some popeye's chicken juicy.

I understand that it’s the evening, but the speed of service was extremely slow. despite my friendliness and understanding, they were still really rude and messed up my order. Also, my meal was supposed to come with a biscuit and of course I was still charged for it even though I did not get one because they ran out of them. The attitude and vibe they were giving off, was as if though they were frustrated people were still coming to the restaurant. No receipt was provided, and that was probably to avoid getting them into trouble.

This is the most unprofessional Popeyes. I never understand why they have employees that seem so uninterested in being at work, specifically working the drive through. I'm just going to start heading to Chick-fil-A. That chicken sandwich isn't even that good anymore. Definitely not worth crap service.

If you can avoid this place. Do your best to do so. Worst fast food establishment I ever been in. They smoking weed right out front the establishment on their break.

This is probably the worst Popeyes in Maryland! Make sure you count your chicken before you leave the restaurant! They will give you less food than you ordered AND replace with cheaper pieces.

This is a bad product from this specific Osborne/Rt301 location:
I ordered a 12 piece chicken ? box in their app. What I received was 10 pieces of mostly legs ?(5) and small thighs(4), NO breasts & 1 wing. And unfortunately when I opened the box at home the chicken wasn’t even warm (maybe a 10-15 minute drive). Notice how the chicken pieces don’t even cover the bottom of the box? Their pieces have gotten smaller so your overall portion is smaller in addition to ripping you off by shorting your order. Or they’re using mutant chickens ?

And this is a bad and misleading product from corporate:
When I have purchased a 12 pc chicken order before, whether from other Popeyes locations or other restaurants, it has always equaled the equivalent of 1.5 (1&1/2) chickens - 8 pieces for a whole chicken + 4 pieces for a half chicken. The Popeyes app just says 12 pc of chicken, setting expectations for pieces from 1.5 chickens. You don’t find out until AfTER you pay and complete the order that you only get pieces from 1 chicken plus some extra legs & thighs, ripping you off a breast and wing.

Of course in this instance,the store stole food and shorted the order by not even putting the 2nd breast and wing in the box.

Funny how their quality of food and employees quality control went down hill so fast after they drove Bojangles out of business … maybe we’ll get lucky and Raising Cane will come in and take over the empty Bojangles pad and drive Popeyes out! Cane has already put in new stores on 301 in Crofton and Bowie in the past year.

This Popeyes has the worst service and the worse thing is, me and my mom took the drive thru and we had to sit and wait for a long period of time for a simple shrimp and tenders combo. As we sat and waited, we noticed half of the workers were in the dining area sitting down, playing on their phones and so on and so forth and when we finally got our food there was no simple “sorry for the wait” or anything like that but a stink attitude and while it’s been a minute since we’ve ever come across this specific location its lines and service was still bad.

Drive thru, only went because I had coupons (Poeyes is too expensive for the tiny pieces (baby chicks) of chicken they serve, they need to go back to yesterday years when they chicken was adult size). Was able to use two coupons in one order ( I definitely liked that), most fast food places will only let you use one coupon per order. The food was good. Will go back to use the rest of my coupons.

I ordered 30 minutes ago they didn’t even started preparing my order so rude employe and zero management skills they all looking at me as i did a crime while i ordered my food do not go there they are the worst
