I had been in that location before and all had gone well on those occasions. Hence ,We were there again on 12/2/24 around 7h45pm for our wedding anniversary. The food was ok . Although my wife's steak wasn't well done as requested. The server seemed to be away for a lot of the time although the restaurant wasn't busy, there probably was less than 3 people seated at the restaurant and maybe 5 at the bar. Also , he seemed to lack costumer service training. I mean he wasn't bad but could improve his professionalism. Your customers aren't your pals or homies. Management there will also benefit from customer service training.

Service horrible. Young girl was more concern about conversating with her friends that was there then customers. Food terrible. I ordered a rib eye medium rare tough an very chewy a cow could have ate it.

Googled for a Ruby Tuesday on one of our rare nights off together, my wife and myself. It was around 30 minutes so we decided to head over. While we were dating and early in our marriage we went to Ruby Tuesday's all the time. Always loved it. We got in. We got seated. Then we got the salad bar. Salad bar was fine. Quite smaller than it used to be. But we understand how times are. Then our food came out. My french fry portion was tiny. They were small and hard. But I was so hungry I ate them. I got a chicken parmesan sandwich. It was flat and smashed but again I was so hungry I ate half of it. It was my choice to eat so I'm not taking issue with that. My wife's hamburger was just awful. One of the worst I've ever seen served in any restaurant. Due to the heat coming off of the burger it had obviously been reheated more than once. The tater tots were dark brown and rock hard. The waitress checked back and took the burger away for us. We got a box for the other half of the chicken sandwich. We made sure we tipped appropriately for having the hamburger taken off the bill. It was not the server's fault. So we tipped properly 22%. The restaurant we were in has seen better days. It was sad to see it so slow and it looks like the end of the line. I hope not I hope it can bounce back. The salad bar saved the day.

Unfortunately this was the worst visit we have ever encountered. No hostess appeared until we called out loudly.Other employees were around and said nothing and just looked at us like we had walked into their living rooms unannounced. Salad bar...was fine except the endless part didn't happen because they shut that down 30 minutes prior to closing without even asking if the customer's who had paid for it wanted to take a last look. The staff...I can't blame it appears they were without anyone who seemed to be in charge. In our hearing they told late arriving Guests that they shouldn't order because the cook was mad and ready to get off so the food would likely be messed up. I've visited many RT's over the years but after this...I'm not sure that I'll be coming back.

Vegetarian options: Did not enjoy any of the food!! Salad bar was pitiful. Ribeye steak did not resemble steak but rather two small very thin "something!!" Ribs were semi-chewy. Shrimp ok but nothing special. DEFINITELY NOT WORTH $27+ Blue Moon was best but needed to eliminate about an inch of foam. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND NOR PLAN TO RETURN. 😒

This was one of the worst eating experiences I've ever had. I didn't get the drink I ordered. It took over an hour to get my appetizer. The salmon was overcooked and the rice was under cooked. The manager kept coming out and yelling at people saying they were busy when they asked about food. There were no more than a dozen customers in the whole building. I'd hate to see what they're like when it's actually busy.

This restaurant is a dump. My family ate here recently after a Commanders home game (it’s near Northwest Stadium). The restaurant was severely understaffed on the night we dined there. (With that said, our waitress was polite and kind.)
The food was atrocious. I had the bourbon salmon with rice and a side of Mac n cheese. The mac & cheese was so soggy and tasteless that it was not edible, and the rice was dried out. It’s pretty hard to mess up cooking rice at a restaurant, but they managed to. We also had to wait quite a long time for our food, despite there being so few patrons at the restaurant.
The restaurant itself is in horrible condition. The restrooms were disgusting. This location truly feels like a dump. Would not recommend!
Trying to get seated takes a while. Three parties let because it was only one waiter working and one was sitting in the back on her phone

Absolutely horrible they have 0 inventory for beers 3 beers out of 12 on menu manager was cooking i felt bad didn't get our apps for an hr had to leave manager comped app. and I tipped waitress I felt so bad for her won't go here ever again

I had to send my baked potato back because it was way over cooked and hard, then ordered cheese cake to go and it was 15 mins before the young lady came and told me...we don't have any more cheesecake
