Acai bowl was melted and the portion size was a lot smaller than other Smoothie King locations. The bowl also lacked toppings. These bowls are expensive so this is very disappointing. First time here and will not return.

Normally I love this location. My order is always correct & timely. However today I received the worst service yet and I’m in disbelief about it. Firstly there was a young man with dreads who was apparently the only person working. I found this out because as I was walking in he was opening the door and said “you coming in here?” I answered yes thinking he was simply being polite. He left the smoothie king and went next door for some food. Once he finally decided to come back I was handed the worst looking smoothie bowl I’ve ever received. Barely any toppings on it and it was put together sloppily. He took a phone call on his cell phone, while I was complaining about the quality of my food and made sure to finish the call before servicing me. I don’t know the number of the manager to report this so I’m reporting it here (3:15pm on 8/10/24)

Poor customer service. Went there after the gym before they closed and was told they were closing soon. She said they couldn’t make it because they had cleaned. I might be mistaken, but cleaning used to take place after you close, and service was during posted operating hours. We even told them that we understood it was close to closing and would leave a big tip. We aren’t planning on going back.
