Food and service is great, but I attempted to take a work call there while my internet was out and had to leave and take the call in my car. The music was BLASTING. I don’t want to go to Arundel county for a peaceful experience. I love music, but it shouldn’t be so loud that I can’t hear my thoughts. ☹️

It is a crime that I waited for a Starbucks to come into my community, which is awful. Lines I am accustomed to when going to Starbucks; however, waiting and then receiving the wrong beverage or your hot beverage is cool. It’s insulting. And, never, not a single time has any employee apologized or stated, “I appreciate your waiting.”

This morning I went in to my local Starbucks to order a drink. I have been a Starbucks member since 2018 and I order only one drink at any Starbucks globally. I have this drink at least 2 times a day. I am very particular about my drink. For context normally I go to the Bowie Town Center where the service is excellent. Back to today after waiting for 5 minutes when the staff that wasn’t making drinks spent more time counting and labeling containers. The young lady seems to be agitated while taken my order. On multiple occasions during the process she stumbled at the pos while talking down to me as the customer. I choose to let it all go I lieu of going back to Bowie Town Center location. I pray that what ever was troubling Carol (spelling) is have a better day and learns that she can’t take it out on customers. I pray the manager allows the staff to help customers instead of focusing on the restocking. Customers service seems to no longer be of concerns to this location. This is not the first time have been disappointed by this location just decided to put pen to paper.

William did and amazing job with my drink and sister drink , my sister is usually picky but today she loved the drink that he had made her and made her satisfied with exactly how she had ordered it ! Keep doing the amazing work !!! Excellent customer service ! Will be returning asap!

If you are thinking about applying here DON’T! The manager Rachel Howard is a very vindictive and rude person. She doesn’t know how to work with people, to be more specific students. She is also a very all around rude person. They also don’t think about the longevity of their business and they don’t run a clean and fast pace work environment. Overall, like I said in the beginning if you thinking about applying DON’T!!

Don't bother going to this location...just go to a regular Starbucks. The majority of the staff are not friendly and they don't make the drinks the way the regular Starbucks does.

I really want to give this location 3 1/2 stars.**Important to remember you are in a small area within an already established grocery store (Safeway). Very nice people and many times 1 person is working register and orders. This is not a standalone Starbucks with the accustomed atmosphere. Yes, there are some tables, but I don't think they are just for SB. I see folks waiting for shoppers and store employees. If you are used to SB internet connecting, please go online and connect with Safeway. Their food items are limited and they don't usually have the latest or not as long as a standalone store. If you have a complicated or rare order you may experience difficulty - I wanted my extra shot affogado (deer in headlights response). If SB is having a challenge or contest where what you are ordering matters, please go to standalone SB as I have experienced major disappointment and the loss of potential stars as it will not register. For example, contest 5 lattes in 8 days, order a latte and pay using the app on my phone, but it won't count towards the contest.

I think this establishment would do better with a second entrance. We end up on top of each other waiting for our beverages.Parking: This could have been an even better experience if there were also an entrance to the back parking lot with chairs and tables set up there.

We stood in line for 5 minutes and the bartista was counting food items on the sides. We made eye contact twice, she never acknowledged us. We ended up leaving. Horrible customer service.
