So I've visited here twice and brought a dozen cookies for my family. These guys will rob you, I purposely was overcharged (10.59) Even after asking why the price is almost 4.00 higher than the subway just a few miles away. I went to the location in mitchellville plaza and was notified that the price is 7.09 and should be that price no matter the location. I will not return to a place that knowingly takes money from customers. You shouldn't either

I have come to this location many times but yesterday will most likely be my last time. The individual who made my sandwich was on the phone while taking my order, rude to me when i corrected him about my order, was rude through the whole process and then double charged me. Got mad when i approached him about being double charged and decided to get loud and get his colleague involved. He refused to give me his manager's information when i asked. His colleague agreed with me and told him he was wrong and to fix it. I only gave a star so i could leave this review.

Everytime i go in this place There's a old short spanish guy that's just absolutely ignorant and rude for no reason!! I always go and get my mother's sandwiches from the other surrounding subway's but this one was closer for where she is. If he owns the store that's horrible but i highly doubt he's the owner and the owner needs to teach him better manners!!He is just plain evil i will never come back in there again, God Rest my friends soul cause he's the reason he never went there and i see why. Smh
