Watch your receipts!! Automatic 15% tip is highlighted on the screen and even when you select no tip, it was added. After reviewing my receipt, I asked for the tip to be refunded. I was informed that no manager was on duty and they would have to take money and change from the tip jar!!
Staff looked clueless on how to handle incorrect charges through the POS system.

I decided to try this place because my Goddaughter enjoys it so much. I’m giving 3 stars because while the staff was quick, neat, and clean when preparing the smoothies, I noticed something concerning. After pouring each order into the cup — including mine — there was still a noticeable amount left in the mixing container. Instead of adding it to the cup, they simply rinsed it down the drain.

I had an unfavourable experience with one of my items that I had delivered to my work for lunch and the manager or owner had contacted me and made things right. More food places need owners like that. I will continue to order from here for lunch because 1 bad experience doesn’t make the entire place bad. 10/10 would recommend this place. Thank you :)
