The last couple times I have gone, my burger had shredded lettuce instead of leaf lettuce. Not a good choice for a hot burger because it's wilted. I noticed because the leaf lettuce was always nice and crisp. Maybe this is in response to rising food costs, but I won't return.

Worst Wendy’s on the face of the planet! Customer service doesn’t exist here. The workers seem like they don’t even want to exist there. Especially the ones working night shift.

This Wendy’s seems like they are never concerned about customer service. The workers never cordially greet you, especially the ones that work the drive through. This is the food that I received after spending $11. This was the evening crew with the male African American manager.Mind you, NONE of the food was eaten. Chili wasn’t filled to the top, and wasted all on the sides of the container. Chicken tenders burned then given to a customer to eat… smh. I threw it all in the trash. Absolutely horrible and disgusting. I will never patronize them again.

There's nothing glorious about the atmosphere of a Wendy's fast food restaurant, however, I'll give it a few Stars.

My greatest fear is usually that I'll have some rude and impolite cashier and ultimately cold and disappointing food if the order is correct at all. And I have to say that the cashier (a tall black woman with tiny christmas bow earrings) was owning the place with her coordination, organization, welcoming greeting, kindness, information sharing, thank you, come again, and happy holidays to each customer while taking, bagging and distributing food orders, and fixing the self-service soda machines...all without complaint, delay, mixup, or any unpleasant rides. She was fantastic! As was the food!

I can't remember a time when I went into such a place expecting a combination of good service and food and actually got it! This wendy's, with this woman and the captain seat was exceedingly pleasing. Each customer walk-in, Place their order and walked out with a smile on their face, and if their food was as good as mine, they too might be as impressed and leaving a review of this kind.

It may help to give some credit to the cooks who were quiet, diligent, and pushing food out like crazy during the busy lunch hour.

I've never witnessed such great precision in a fast food restaurant, wherevthe food in hand looks like the meal on the menu, like I have seen with this place.

Fluke or common? I suppose I'll see the next time I'm in the area.

Waited forever in the drive thru for a single meal. While waiting, there was an employee eating behind the counter, didn’t even wash her hands before she went back to work. The same employee and another were playing around while we were still waiting for our food. Watched several other employees walking around and not doing anything. Watched my order get made then handed off like no one wanted to give me my food. Worst location I’ve been to, standards are low, won’t be back.

So I had an amazing lunch service at this Wendy’s and was blown away by the young female ( black American) manager/ shift leader who’s customer service was so Over the that it impacted the rest of my day in a positive way.
I have also been in there for dinner and the staff
Where they moved as if doing there job was a hassle and they didn’t want to get people served.
I will also say the kitchen looks clean. No dishes or over flowing sinks. Over all Dining area was also clean no dirty tables… the Fountain drinks machine where both not working which is a shame. Over all it’s decent.

I walk inside to place my order. The young lady waiting on me was told to go home. 15 min. Later I asked to be waited on. The manager commented people don't see we are busy. Then the manager came to the register ask what do you want. I just wanted a frosty. It was awful. Terrible way to treat an older person

I don’t know if this location is under new management but Wow what an incredible difference. I haven’t been there in a while because my burgers would be dry and burned and if I asked for a fresh burger the cashier and floor manager would get mad so I stopped going.

I’m on the road for long drives and often have to eat out so I took a chance to stop yesterday and boy what A major turn around first my burger was the Best Burger I have had in a year or more. It was fresh juicy and just delicious. The new manager was very professional and was on top of Everything and was working at the same time!! I tried to call them and tell them how outstanding yesterday was but they didn’t answer. But if they keep these team members this Wendy’s will be the main Go To Wendy’s in PG County!! They were great and it reminds you of when the Original Wendy’s open where the food was fresh and done Right!!

I ordered two meals that had chicken nuggets and one order was requested to have spicy nuggets when I ask the cashier which one was spicy he suggested I use a flashlight 🔦 to see ,I still wouldn't have known because the order was for someone else and I didn't know by the look of them,very unprofessional to suggest that instead of telling me ,Someone could have had a allergic reaction,CUSTOMER SERVICE NEEDS TO BE TAUGHT.
