I go to Wendys in Upper Marlboro, MD. a few times a week. What happened to the other people that used to work there?? All of a sudden, they are all hispanic and cannot understand them. Plus They didn't get my order right. I have nothing against the hispanics but do when you can't understand them and what about the Americans. They need their jobs too. Very disaapointed. Don't know if I will continue going to WEndy's anymore.

Drove through the drive through this morning at 12 am and the girl at the window with the short locs had a nasty attitude then she proceeds to turn her back on us and walked away when we asked for sauce. When she came back she rolled her eyes and she didn’t even calculate she tried to charge us 2.12 for 3 sauces one I’ve never even been charged for sauce at this location. You guys need to get someone else with good customer service at that window.

My family and I arrived at Wendy's last night around 10:48 p.m. to order something to eat. While trying to order, a flamboyant young man was very problematic and confrontational. He persisted in calling me "honey" after every food order, rushing me to conclude and interrupting me multiple times.
Initially, when we arrived at the window, I was asked to reverse so the clock would restart; I complied.
When we actually got to the window, the young man (with blonde hair and a blue and white sweater) was openly argumentative with other customers over the speaker and complaining about his job. The other employees remained professional, but I noticed them giggling at his behavior and outbursts.
While this was supposed to be a quick stop, I found myself frustrated and uncomfortably sitting in my car for what felt like a long time. We will not be revisiting this establishment again.

The male at the drive through makes it a point to call everyone honey when taking orders. He isn't patient and rushes you while you are ordering. Bad customer service.

Went through the drive through today, sat behind 4 cars for 20 minutes, finally get to the speaker to order and the guy is completely distracted, not sure what’s going on, I have to give my order 4 times, finally drive around to the first window to pay, low and behold the guy taking orders was wasted beyond belief, he can barely talk, is fading in and out, and he can’t seem to figure out how my CC works. Get past him, next window, the food was ready, the young lady was sweet as can be. Headed home, ate what I purchased 2x jr bacon cheeseburgers, it’s now 3 hours later and I think I may have to go to the emergency room. That is if I can get out of the bathroom. I haven’t eaten at Wendy's in probably 6 years, had to go learn that lesson again. I blame myself, the whole time in line, my mind was screaming just jump the curb and head out.

Bathrooms gross, drive through (wasn’t working), no condiments inside, freestyle machines were shutoff, and team members looked bored in the back despite there being a line.

It was a late rainy night. We stopped on our way back to Virginia from Baltimore. Food was hot and fresh. Very clean.

Always get something in my order wrong.. primarily the Spicy Asiago Chicken Sandwhich. Either no cheese, or wrong sandwhich.
Update: 8 years later and they won't even accept mobile orders now. You pay and they scam you, won't refund you or accept that you even have proof of purchase. They try to get you to do backflips to get your money back and don't care about you. Wendy's, you've really fallen

On Thursday I went at around 9:40 pm, but it is unfortunate that a company like Wendys cannot hire more efficient staff since the women who were there seem to hate doing their job, very bad service.
I went inside and ordered a spicey chicken sandwich combo . The drink machines were disgusting. The chicken sandwich was tough. Almost like it wasn't cooked all the way.
I will never go back again. I feel like throwing up.

I just left Wendy's, and the drive-thru cashier was extremely rude. She started to take our order and then, with an attitude, said, “Honey, hold on.”
When she returned to review our order, she called out a completely different order. We said cancel and left. We refuse to give our money to an establishment that does not train its employees in proper customer service. Time 11:30 on 9/15/2024
