Jersey Mike's Subs

I’m gluten free because of an allergy/celiac. I’ve never gotten sick from this location and the staff is well educated about cross contamination. I appreciate their understanding and great execution ensuring I get good food that doesn’t hurt me. Thanks jersey mikes staff. Also they were very friendly and asked how my day was. Great location.

Wanted to specifically thank Danielle and her team for making sure that our catering order for 24 was ready on time and accurate, and they absolutely delivered. Was a flawless process and will be using this site again for both regular and catering orders.

How hard is it to make a sandwich correctly and in the order in which it was ordered?

Apparently at this location that’s a tough ask.

Ask them about confusion. Get a rude and unprofessional response.

It says on the menu the #9 club supreme comes with Bacon but mine did not. Sucks its an expensive sandwich and it was wrapped up so only found out after I got home.

This is by far the worst Jersey Mikes we have ever been to. No flavor at all, no filling, the bread is not warm. Absolutely pathetic sub for a premium price. Please do not waste money and time here. I have been to several others over the years between here and Florida, and this misses the mark across the board.

Amazing team

I recently visited Jersey Mike's and, despite some initial delays, had a positive experience overall. I ordered my sub 30 minutes in advance via the app and arrived to find a busy restaurant with a line of about 8 people. After waiting for 20 minutes, I noticed that customers who ordered in-person were receiving their subs faster than online orders. This initially made me upset, and I considered asking for a refund.

However, an older gentleman, whom I assume to be the manager, quickly made my sandwich and sincerely apologized for the delay. His genuine apology and accountability for the situation turned my frustration into appreciation. It's not often that I write reviews, but his efforts deserved recognition. Thank you for turning what could have been a disappointing experience into a positive one. I will be back!

Great subs, guys in there are always friendly

Kaitlyn bell gave the best service! Clean quick and very friendly. Great on eye contact and giving that friendly attitude. I was nervous ordering as it was my first time in person ordering and I felt so comfortable! The rest of the staff was so friendly and so professional as well with the other customers! Best food in Frederick + service!

Been coming here for a while now. I always order on the app and pick up in store. I don't think they've ever messed up my order, and they're usually pretty quick too. Always a good atmosphere in there.
