Kaitlyn bell gave the best service! Clean quick and very friendly. Great on eye contact and giving that friendly attitude. I was nervous ordering as it was my first time in person ordering and I felt so comfortable! The rest of the staff was so friendly and so professional as well with the other customers! Best food in Frederick + service!

Subs were so-so and way over priced.

The guys working on 12/21 around 4:15p just weren't paying attention or listening. There was 0 people there yet they did have some online orders they were making when we arrived. I asked for my sub to be Mike's way add Jalapeños. I looked down for two seconds to attend to my daughter and looked up to them wrapping the sub and noticed it looked light. I asked if everything was on it - mikes ways + jalapeño. They both confirmed.

Yet here we are. A dry. Lightweight meat sub for 10$. I'm on the road traveling. Yes. I'm dissatisfied and irritated. So I'll take this off my list while coming this way.

I have to give this establishment 10 stars. Great staff. Sandwiches just packed perfectly. Fresh everything. This is how sandwiches are done.

This Jersey Mike's has been open for about a year, I'd guess. After a really bad start, this eat-in/carryout sub shop has pulled itself together and provides a really good Mike's Way sub. The Club Sub, Mike's Way with mayo, is my husband's favorite sub. I like to order different things (Club Sub no cheese, Tuna, Steak no cheese) and we always bring it home to eat.
