I recently visited Jersey Mike's and, despite some initial delays, had a positive experience overall. I ordered my sub 30 minutes in advance via the app and arrived to find a busy restaurant with a line of about 8 people. After waiting for 20 minutes, I noticed that customers who ordered in-person were receiving their subs faster than online orders. This initially made me upset, and I considered asking for a refund.

Jersey Mike's is great the fresh ingredients make for flavorful sandwiches. One standout item I love is their steak and cheese sub. Made with freshly grilled, tender steak and smothered in melted cheese, it aleayd hits the spot. The friendly staff and quick service make this particular location stand put. Whether you're a fan of classic subs or looking to try something new, Jersey Mike's offers consistent quality that will keep you coming back.

Kaitlyn bell gave the best service! Clean quick and very friendly. Great on eye contact and giving that friendly attitude. I was nervous ordering as it was my first time in person ordering and I felt so comfortable! The rest of the staff was so friendly and so professional as well with the other customers! Best food in Frederick + service!
