Ordered the new Balboa cheesesteak on the recommendation of the manager, Sumi. It was delicious. Sliced ribeye and cooper sharp cheese on a toasted sesame roll. Definitely recommend trying one if you stop in. You wont be disappointed.

sumi greeted me when i walked in and instead of saying hi can i help you she looked at me and said what do you want with the most sassy tone. I felt so unwelcome that i immediately turned around and walked out. do not recommend anyone coming here until they get new management.

Do NOT eat at manhattan pizza. Me and my family went in recently and as we walked in we noticed there was no server at the front. Cooks staring at us needing help but zero cashiers to help us for a good 5-10 minutes. Also idk who the middle aged indian women is but she was very rude and when my son asked about the pizzas she just handed him a menu and said “how about you guys look over that and then decide since ur confused” the store was empty and it was slow so i don’t understand how she couldn’t explain it but okay, on top of that she is a manager. As we got our food the chicken wings were dry and rubbery and the pizza was greasier than pizza hut. Halfway through our meal i noticed a cockroach crawl out of the floorboards near the fridge 🤢. It’s disappointing because i remember when this place was one of the best now it’s mediocre. To each its own but we will not be returning until something changes.
