I ordered the Chicken Avocado sandwich, and unfortunately it was extremely salty. From the very first bite, the saltiness was overwhelming and I couldn’t continue eating it. It honestly tasted like an excessive amount of salt had been added.
Panera Bread is usually known for offering healthier, well balanced food, so this was very disappointing. I was planning to share it with my father, but I didn’t feel comfortable giving it to him because he has high blood pressure, and food this salty could easily raise it.
I hope this was just a one-time mistake, but quality control especially with seasoning really matters.

Met up with my former employee at Panera — she’s a girl, and we hadn’t seen each other in forever, so naturally we turned Panera into our mini reunion spot. I got the soup-and-salad combo with chili, chicken soup, and an apple. She got soup and a sandwich.
We ended up chatting for ages like we owned the booth. Service was fast, the place was super clean, and everyone working there was friendly and patient with our extended “catch-up session.”
Panera fed us, tolerated us, and gave us a wholesome little reunion. Five stars.

terrible service. i mean excuse me- but WTH?! i placed a rapid pick up 10 minutes before hand, and went to the drive thru like i do every time. as I go into the drive-through, I am sitting at the start of the drive-through before I can even tell them my name for the order and I’m stuck behind someone for at least 10 minutes as they ordered. Then once they finally finished ordering, I tell them my name for the order. After I was told to drive up not even 10 seconds after and I stopped again because I am behind the same person who is waiting for their order. And I was in the line for 30 minutes in total, waiting for this person to get their order. Now there’s been times where my order was taking a bit of time and they simply asked me if I could go park and they would bring it out to me! This was not the case for the person in front of me and everyone behind me was also stuck waiting for those 20 minutes. Then, once I finally got my food, I opened my sandwich and half of it falls apart the second I pick it up because of how POORLY wrapped it was. So not only was I waiting for 30 minutes, I got half of a sandwich because of the workers poorly wrapping it up. I don’t know what’s been going on recently, but Panera has been on a downfall.

I came to this location to pick up my Rapid Pick Up order and noticed that I selected the wrong Panera Bread location. Once I noticed that, I asked them to still create my sandwich and I’ll pay again, with a smile. The associate not only created my sandwich, but told me not to worry about the payment. This is what you call customer service, where the associate cares about the customer. I did not catch the associates name but my prayer is that you will see this and know that you are appreciated. I’ve never felt compelled to leave a review like this before, but my experience with Lisa at Panera was so unnecessarily rude that I feel others should be aware. While trying to place a simple order, something I’ve done at multiple Panera locations across the DMV, Lisa responded with complete hostility. I asked for a sandwich on a different type of bread, something I’ve never had an issue with at any other location, and she went so far as to call me crazy for even asking.
As someone who travels frequently for work and regularly eats at Panera, I’ve always appreciated the consistency and courtesy I’ve received. Unfortunately, Lisa’s behavior was completely out of line and unacceptable. Everyone deserves to be treated with basic respect, especially over something as minor and easily fixable as a bread swap. I hope Panera addresses this kind of treatment, as it reflects poorly on an otherwise reliable brand.

They steal at this location!! Order inside and be on guard. When I figured out what happened it took forever for a replacement order from what was stolen from the pick up near the restrooms😡. Hope Karma visits that kind soul soon. Watch your food, your money, your kids and your car here. Unbelievable.
