I came to this location to pick up my Rapid Pick Up order and noticed that I selected the wrong Panera Bread location. Once I noticed that, I asked them to still create my sandwich and I’ll pay again, with a smile. The associate not only created my sandwich, but told me not to worry about the payment. This morning, I ordered a Greek Yogurt Parfait based on the picture that was advertised on the website. It looked like a hearty and big bowl. However, in reality, it was a very small bowl. The french baguette is not like an actual crispy french baguette, it's rather chewy.
