After purchasing food & parking to eat, I realized my vehicle wouldn't start. I advised management, left my receipt on the dash & took an Uber to AutoZone. Upon return (1 hour later) my vehicle was towed. $280 out of pocket. Management advised they called the tow company but couldn't provide a reason.

I hadn't patronized Arby's in a plethora of years. The one in Waldorf, MD, was very good, friendly staff, and the drive-thru experience wasn't painful in wait time.

Food is always when I go to Arby's. They are getting the 5th star because they always forget to ask what sauce I would like for the roast beef, which in turn makes me forget to ask when I get to the window. Arby's, please start putting one of Arby's sauce and one horseradish sauce in the bag for roast beef orders.
On another note... the deep fried turkey sandwich was delicious (a little heavy on the mayo, but it all came together)
I ordered a number 1 classic with curly fries, 4ct cheese sticks, and a lemonade. The only things that met expectations were the lemonade and the cheese sticks. Everything the rest of the food was COLD and stail fries. I started eating my food while driving and didn't turn around b/c of traffic. Rather, i just won't visit Arby's until 2026. I'm very disappointed. No more Arby's for me...

EVERY TIME I (we) cone here, they are sooo slow! This last time, I waited at the counter and walked past multiple tines for about 3 mins before being acknowledged.

Highly recommend this Arby's. After placing my order and walking over to fill my cup with Sprite, she popped up behind me and said, "Here's your food Sir" I yelled out."Is it cooked!!". LoL!! Service was fast and good. Dining in was a pleasure because it was very clean, and I enjoyed rocking side to side to the Gospel music that was playing while I was eating. That made it an enjoyable experience, so I highly recommend this location. Keep it up!!! (We're blessed in the City!!!!!!) ;)
