Rita the manager obviously was having a bad day to argue with me about almond pretzels that was burnt and insisted that bc of the almonds, that's why my pretzel looked like that at the bottom. I've been coming to this location for years and have never seen a burnt almond pretzel. Your attitude stinks and your very rude to be a manager. You need to find a better position than suits your personality and attiude. Auntie Ann's isn't it.!! Whether you're having a bad day you don't take it out on the customer for the reason why you have a paycheck in the first place.

The freckled face girl always got an attitude for no reason. I asked another employee how long it would be for the specific one I wanted. She told me 10mins no problem then the freckles face girl who i remember from being rude many times b4 starts going off talking about why am I asking how long, we got stuff to do it's only 2 of us to the point where I said I don't need the pretzel that bad and left and 2 other parties did the same saying why is she acting like that. Won't be back and I hope anyone who has respect for themselves wouldn't lower there standards for a pretzel

I mean how can you not love the pretzel bites? Always good there. I do wish someone would keep up with the trash napkins and wrappers in front of the store. It’s more lazy people than their fault though.

Auntie Annes....where do I even begin? The pretzels aint bad...could be better...but my problem is...these people are straight up racist. One of my relatives who used to work here years ago had a horrible experience working here and even caused her emotional distress. One of the employees apparently used the n word and said that Aunties annes would not hire "n***"The people workin here are very rude and Ive heard that from multiple people who worked at this location. I will nevrr buy from here again. Id advise u all to do the sameCompanies do better please

The customer service is horrible at Cinnabon! Typo for Aunt Anne’s, my apologies I went to this place a while ago, not sure the time frame but, one of the managers who was named Maria I believe, had the nastiest attitude ever. She was extremely rude and acted terrible towards my sister and I, as if she was racist. I hope they shut this place down and start over with something else. I will never go back here again, and I’m going to see to it that nobody I know goes to this place either. St. Charles is a diverse, but prominently African American area, and there should be no room here for racism. All black people should stop giving business here, but I’m sure y’all won’t though. Smh.

The food and drink were good. But the guy at the register was new and nervous. He did a great job considering he had no assistance from who I’m assuming was the manger. She was rather rude.
My nuggets were burned and I had to repeat my order 3 times because the workers in the back were too busy talking and playing music. It was as busy as it gets. My brother and I both ordered separately and the cashiers were both new and extremely nervous. No one helped them but rather stood by. Very unorganized, felt bad for the cashiers.
